Puzzle me this

Who was the guy that used to call in with the tag that went something like this, "HVAC repairman by day, ghost hunter by night."  Or something like that.  Might of had an Italian name.  Also might have had a small web site with his own local radio 'casts and forum.
Seems to me that he had an accident and was disabled.
Ring any bells?
