That would also mean she wasn't on psychiatric meds. If she was suffering from severe Bipolar 1, off meds, then I think it's a safe conclusion that it was hallucinations brought on by manic state.

That's what it looks like. She is either on recreational drugs (mushrooms or acid) or suffering some mental/psychotic hallucinations or she is being targeted by an entity.

What I don't understand is if things are "competitive" between Dark Matter and C2c, why is Premiere still running Art's old shows?

Premiere wants to make money off Art's old shows but at the same time, is ignoring the fact that he is back on the air. What idiots!

My theory is that, since radio ratings measure a period of one week; ie, 5 million listeners per week,  SIT is probably bringing in more listeners than several days worth of Dave Noorie during the week.  PremRat is using the SIT listeners to bump up the weekly listener count that's reported to commercial advertisers and sets advertising rates.

The pressing multiple buttons and twisting/jerking movements remind me of an incident we witnessed a few years ago.  Across the street from our loft was a Bank of America.  We came out one day and a meth head was in front of the ATM, thinking he was at the casino playing slots.  He was having a hell of a time, apparently on a winning streak.  He parked himself in front of that ATM for at least an hour.  Not saying she was on meth, but the behavior was similar.
