Hey, the only reason I decided to post a reply here is because I actually agree with a lot of what is being said about the show here. I just think it really weakens your arguments when you wind it up by descending into "subtle" racist name calling. Someone might actually be convinced of some of your logic but then by the time they get to the end of the thread they realize that it's just another racist spouting off...but it's just a coincidence that the man you're calling a baboon has brown skin, right?

Well, maybe I was trolling a little. You know, just to get the conversation going I'm not familiar with Murray but I googled the name and I'm interested to read some of his stuff now. While I'm not really down with the neocons I'm a big fan of Hitchens and he described his writing as "masterly." If anyone could convince me of the opposite of what I believe to be true it was that guy. I still don't agree with his support of the Bush 2 era antics but I've heard few more convincing speakers than Hitchens. I'm going to look into it. Thanks for the tip! I try to be objective about Muslims in general. However, when I was in Iraq taking prisoners; I've never seen so much porn downloaded on to 2005 era cell phones, in my life. Thanks for the history lesson, Goldfinger! It's so important to know about and REMEMBER these things. I feel so many now have trouble just remembering what's happened in the last few years, let alone decades or centuries.
