He had some wacky ones though, like numerology, 2012 predictions, the whole Timewave Zero, I Ching thing.

I know....and Wagner was a rabid anti semite but he wrote some cool music. None are perfect.  ;)

Yep.

The book I was referring to as a reference for sports nutrition is Nancy Clark's "Sports Nutrition Guidebook".  An RD who has specialized in this area for many years, recommended by my prof who was also a runner.

I love running too! Unfortunately, the knees aren't what they were these day. It's funny, I never feeling it during the run (endorphins, I suppose) but afterward. Good shoes help.  ;)

Not sure what's going on now lol.  "Amy on the desert"? wow...

aldousburbank

My advice to Wolfman- Don't let your insanity become outsanity.

Lilith

Go on Twitter and ask him for his number. He is just across the lake from you.

"What a shame."

Uncle Creepy would fit right in here.

Lilith

Don't forget to absorb the sun indirectly into your eyes Uncle Creepy as you walk barefoot into the ocean.

You are probably right, I could have it wrong.  There was something about directly into the pituitary glad too that I missed.

Any listing of bumper and break music somewhere?

( Amy )

Spent the last half hour muting myself.

Last ten minutes, could barely breathe.

LINES ARE OPEN so call in now with your tales of the strange, the unexplained, the spooky.

Or just try to make me corpse on-air too. That's fun too.  ;D

Was that the nervous, sweaty guy from Area 51? I had to go potty during that call.
