Someone was looking for the numbers and I found the site that was used before. Here is the link. You can see last summer the numbers went from 1621 or so to 388 a night. I think this represents popularity not listeners but I am not sure. But still, Ouch. BTW if you all can't tell I do detail oriented work for a living. It took a bit of digging to find this link but the bellgab search is amazing.

I don’t ascribe to any one set of beliefs when it comes to politics. I am not a card-carrying member of any party.  I hold plenty of conservative views, as well as more liberal ones. I would vote in a Republican if he or she was somebody I thought made sense for our country..

I know very well who Art voted for. I followed him before and after the election.. for a while, anyway. But I wasn’t on his friends list on FB. I could only like or dislike his posts.. what would bantering back and forth with him have accomplished? He was an old man set in his ways.

I would love to call up and just shoutout bellgab and hang up. But given that she knows my voice, and knows who I am I don't think I could pull it off at this point.

I abstain from politics completely so it wasn't so much about Trump as what seemed to be a switch in politics. But as stated if she didn't like Hillary and wasn't into Bernie then maybe she was Trump all along. But hell, really it doesn't matter anyway since I don't listen. LOL.

It’s funny that both you and PBS have said you didn’t listen to her show, yet you know who she was shilling for.

Art was a big proponent for Trump on his Facebook page. Heather didn’t post much about politics on hers. Before the primaries I distinctly remember her being a staunch opponent of Clinton and if anything a tacit supporter of Trump as an antiestablishment candidate. I think Alsous was a big indluence before she became host. Art’s views just cemented those beliefs.

That being said, you couldn’t pay me enough to go back and listen to those early episodes to prove my point.

That's where it started for me. I didn't really know who I was for but I just hoped that someone would be able to be this horrible, corrupt woman. Then a shining beacon on an escalator appeared and I just knew.

That's because liberals aren't liberal anymore. Now conservatives actually offer more freedom for lifestyle choices. In fact, this is very fundamentally at the core of conservatism, I'd say: I don't care what you do just stay out of my way. Democrats today seem very much about imposing a lifestyle on everyone, lock step. No thanks!
