Its really cold where I live.  -10 windchill....Temp dropping to 0 overnight....winds 5-10 mph gusting to 25 mph.  House is a chilly 68 degrees.

Indeed! However, it's at that point where it's so cold you don't notice it as much unless you're out in it for a prolonged period. I felt like I was colder a couple weeks ago.
