How do I upload a picture into my post?

There are two ways.  You can host the pick on a site like Photobucket and then embed the link. OR - you can click on "additional options" under your post - choose attach - and upload the pick from your hard drive.  You have more control over the placement of the picture if you host and link - but Cam seems to be the expert on that.
