Not into the Crisco kiss?  Butter, huh?
They are saying butter (just a little) has some good chain length fatty acids and that butter (and pepper) release nutrients from vegetables.

Haven't heard a thing good about eating Crisco, although some women like it, like a soy lotion.

Today...
Prepared nutritious food for tomorrow and Wednesday.
Acquired produce.
Put healthy food at a more convenient height.
Ate vegetables.
Limited caffeine to half a cup.

But the same can be said for coconut oil and possibly palm oil, without any damaging saturated fat.  Yes, they have saturated fat, but not like butter.  So, the tropical products are probably best most of the time.

Realized hunger increases risk of junk food and that it is better to shop when full.
Switched focus from junk food to healthy food while shopping.
Had a salad.
Heard the man on the blood pressure/stroke radio ad, the guy who had a stroke and can no longer speak right.  Now, hearing THAT does make the commercial come to life.
Did not combine protein with simple carbs.
Did not combine protein with calcium any more than necessary.
Limited caffeine to half a cup.
Made sure to eat breakfast.
Got fruit.

I'm not drinking brewed coffee unsweetened

I like my coffee like I like my books--black and banned by the Pope.

Aunt JoJo says try to have a little saturated fat inside your stomach with that black coffee. Coconut oil, egg, butter, buttermilk, palm oil, meat fat, 2% milk, peanut butter, something.  Because if there is no fat in your stomach when the coffee enters it, the coffee won't emulsify any stomach contents.  Which means when the coffee hits your bloodstream, it could cause a stroke when it emulsifies fat in your bloodstream, releasing it into circulation.  At least, that's what I heard.

But not baby oil like Swishypants.

Nothing like a hot spoonful of black-tar coffee to take the edge off.

Also, I drank coffee this morning, on an empty stomach, without emulsifying fats, and did not have a stroke. Disappointed.

Ok, I'm sorry. It's growing on me.. now. Perhaps I just needed some clarification. On a side note, I think I'm going to start a thread about horrible movies now.

Michelle Obama improved citizens' health by educating people to reduce obesity.  She eliminated the bingy food pyramid and the USDA replaced it with a portion-controlled plate.

One can not go wrong with sardines. When in need of a protein fix I'll often throw a can in the blender with a cup of water. It's not for everybody but I love it. And nigga, I'm high protein ;D

So true! They're also very high in essential fatty acids too.
