I can't seem to find out any info on the tsunami.  I wonder if there was any real wave activity.  Read that buoys had recorded activity in the neighborhood of 32 feet.  Don't know what that translates to in terms of a wave

I couldn’t find wave height predictions but Kodiak should be getting hit at 1:45 local

Looks like the tsunami is less than 1 foot. They are canceling a lot of the watch/warning.

1 foot?  I don't know if I could survive such a devastating tsunami!!  :P

Looks like the intensity of the earthquake was reduced to a 7.9.  My guess is one doesn't get a devastating tsunami until one hits 8.5 or thereabouts.

That's perfectly understandable... Earthquakes can't be predicted. They can only be reported. "Earthquake occurs somewhere on the Pacific rim shock" No shit?
