Johnny confessed years later that he didn't actually hate Pink Floyd. Plus he loves Kate Bush. I think he hates everyone else though. This was all learned by watching YouTube. I met him at the sidewalk near his bus with a bunch of fans after a PiL concert in 2010 and he was as grumpy as ever. Even Danzig would not dare pull that with his fans. Athough it was funny, I don't care it's part of Johnny's shtick. He is rotten.

Thanks Comaphobe. Great story. You actually met and talked to Mr.Rotten. I saw him perform once, many years ago, things are a little bit hazy. Probably with PiL. His intensity and his EYES. His fuckin eyes.

His last truly great song. Everything since kind of just blurs together. Now he's doing standards.

Voyager 1 and 2 are space probes launched by NASA in 1977 to study the
outer planets.

"Each Voyager space probe carries a gold-plated audio-visual disc in the

event that the spacecraft is ever found by intelligent life forms from

other planetary systems. The disc carries photos of the Earth and its

lifeforms, a range of scientific information, spoken greetings from

people such as the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the

President of the United States and a medley, "Sounds of Earth," that

includes the sounds of whales, a baby crying, waves breaking on a shore,

and a collection of music, including works by Mozart, Blind Willie

Johnson, Chuck Berry and Valya Balkanska. Other Eastern and Western

classics are included, as well as various performances of indigenous

music from around the world. The record also contains greetings in 55

different languages"

After receiving and reviewing all the information on Human existence
contained in Voyager, the aliens sent this short message to Earth
