btw: apparently Clyde had a guest to talk about the "invasion" last night (I haven't listened so not sure if it was a good show.)

He was an older gentleman with some good stories. In particular, how they would hide the planes from Soviet satellite passes. What they didn't realize was that the IR satellites could still "see" the planes outline because the planes shadow left the desert floor cooler.

A long shot for a Tuesday:

Anyone have the 30th March 2018 MITD show recording? It is missing from the archive.

Strangely enough..
Why do you want it?

So how does the producer of the 6'oclock news on TV go from there to a late night radio talk show talking to loons in St. Louis?
Dress considered inappropriate for the workplace

I just assumed the news career was just another Senda-esque exaggeration like his being scouted by the Tigers

2013.
Is it true you never listened to the Art Bell years of C2C? It's like somebody who only watches the cousin Oliver episodes of the Brady Bunch

I like George, especially his dulcet voice. But I really get annoyed at some of his antics, such as leaving the show early, cutting off the callers, or interrupting guests just when they're about to make a point.
Guest asks caller a question: "He's not there... he...uhh hung up"

* And I do need it, my insurance just doesn't cover it, so I haven't been able to afford it just yet. I'm sure it'll be better for everyone once I'm regularly going to therapy.
CBT is largely self directed. A therapist would guide you through the principles, but in the end you're doing most of the work. A good book by Dr David Burns is available online

Don't be fooled by it's cheesy/pop psychology title.

I also find Vippasana/mindfullness meditation helps. Basically you sit quietly, empty your mind and focus on your breathing. Observe any thoughts, without judgment and letting them float out of your mind and go back to focus on your breathing

I hope this helps

I caught that- but I want straight pride week. Where straight men (and women) drive floats and march in parades as politicians wave and smile to the crowds gathered for support.
The response is tepid at best

It's weird how those connected to the O&A-verse have changed so much

Bill Burr is a henpecked shell of his former self, Jimmy and Jim Jeffries turned into insufferable SJW P'sOS Troy quan pushed his girlfriend off a cliff and Anthony...uh where to begin with Anthony,SelfCuttingGirl(sending iShit to a 14yr old girl who turned out to be a 40yr old man), the Bobo's sister rumors, the Sue Lightning/"Feed Nana" mess etc etc.

George has developed an annoying habit of answering callers questions (directed at the guests) himself. It's discourteous to both. If he wants to add his paint-by-numbers opinions he should do so after the guest has a chance to answer.

Videos are so important, often just for music.
Downloading streaming video(then playback via a free media player) is also an option. Especially important with all the disappearing videos

The former employer is Alex who is a semi-frequent guest on C2C, who also was associated with frequent guest Jerome Corsi and political trickster Roger Stone. I'm guessing they are implying that Alex contacted C2C and got them blocked.
Just to add to the backstory, Melissa Dykes is Aaron Dykes wife who used to work on Infowars. I vaguely remember something about them having a falling out.

Is George "muffling" guests? 1hour55min mark(timestamp not working)

Pity because Melissa is knowledgable, well spoken and hasn't been on any other shows

When a youtube content creator is constantly deleting their videos, do they still get the ad money for those videos? Does it raise any red flags at youtube?

I remember reading Elena Filatova's eerie Kiddofspeed website.  It could be considered unremarkable by today's standards, but this was before everybody had their own blog/youtube channel and tourists weren't visiting Chernobyl.

I have always enjoyed your posts.  Well, I wore my voice out on call centers for about 15 years.  But you make a very good point.  There is no substitute for intonation.  If I ever do You Tubes, I would like them to be musical, or dance.
I will give you 20 bucks for an interpretive dance of the ice-cream-down-the-drain-incident. No talking necessary
