Not really. I don't want PTSD. Her issues are exhausting to listen to. Forced captivity by a roadie and other stories that make no sense whatsoever. I recommend the Martian guy podcast which is 5 hours long and consists of a "host" who sounds worse than the guest. I found myself in a rabbit-hole of weird paranormal "networks" with god awful production quality (every windows or app notification sound).
