As long as they're happy, that's all that matters!  You never want to piss off your bees.

Sounds like there are some famished family members pounding on the door, so I have to run.  Happy Thanksgiving, Bellgabbers!

Happy Black Friday, and Happy Thanksgiving, 'Maricans!  Happy Pancake to the rest of us and especially to you RGG.

Thanks Zeebo, and may your turkey be plump and juicy and shared with those you enjoy.

This tree is also full of bees.   :o

Let her who hath understanding, reckon the number of the bees.

Hope all you Bellgabbers had a great holiday and had plenty of pancakes to go around. Enjoy the spectacle that is C2C tonight!  :)

I hope you all enjoyed celebrating the mass genocide of the native peoples.

I'm skipping C2C tonight, because I know George will ask the guest things like, "So, when did you first get interested in gratitude?  Was it difficult?"  "I remember a rock band called The Grateful Dead.  Do you think the dead can be grateful?"

That would make me scream in agony, and since my mom's staying over it would probably scare her to death and I'd really hate to do that.

I celebrate that every day, so why should today be any different?

My ancestors are those natives, so for me, this holiday is very confusing.   ???

The other day my neighbor dude took his .410 and blasted two quail. Before he could bag them a hawk swooped in and snatched one of the still flapping birds. How cool is that?

That often terrorists and protestors are not good planners, stupid, or deadbeats. I really like the St.Louis arch (fun to go up in it though a bit claustrophobic) and it would've sucked if the Ferguson protestor blew it up, lucky their welfare card funding their mission had ran out of money. (Why taxpayers are giving these people money is a matter for the politics thread.) If you are claustrophobic I suggest not going up and if you are afraid of heights that you don't watch the movie about building it!

"that the bomb plot was delayed by the fact that one of the suspect’s girlfriend’s EBT card was out of money. For those of you not familiar with them, EBT cards are the way that welfare benefits are distributed."

Sitting with someone and not having to say anything to be understood.

When a big star like this goes out of his way to give some strangers an experience they'll cherish for the rest of their lives.  Nice one, Roger!
