I've always thought it'd be cool if two sides in a high profile civil suite would agree to take their case to Judge Judy or the People's Court. Instead of 15 minutes present the case over the course of a week, like a hybrid of Judy and CourtTv. Of course Judy would be an arbiter, which leads me to the question as to whether the MITD battle would first go before a judge or arbiter. And if this were before Judge Judy would she side with Heather or Keith IE which would she like better?

Here are mine:

First off, she's not very bright.  Walking around insisting Art ''gave'' her this or that doesn't mean it's so just because he's not around to contradict her.  No matter how much of a performance she put on, sobbing over losing her best friend, blah blah blah.  If he did own it, then Airyn owns it now, not her.  And apparently Keith owns it anyway. 

Art did say no had no financial interest in the show or network, if that's true (and I don't take his word on anything) he can't have given it to her. 


As far as she being Art's legacy or whatever the claim is:  when did Art ever say that?  All I heard from him is that he thought there should be more female voices on the air, and he thought she was doing well.  Not ''I'm passing my legacy on to her, she's the next me''.  Never heard that from him.  Only from her.  It's BS, and shame on these backwoods hick hosts for enabling her.

MV2 had a falling out with Keith...he found a new person to commiserate with...the amateur hour tonight was enough to prove this is a complete shit show...but a fun one.

I'm confused, if we officially have 2 MITD'S starting Monday, how we will know which thread to follow? That could get really dangerous really quick. 

I don't understand the logic of combining what are two completely different subjects, other than to vindictively erase Heater's name from a thread title.

I'm not interested in Dave Shrader at all, but want to see Heather off to oblivion.  There's a reason separate threads for various subjects exist
