I recently read something about Fr. Malachi I thought was interesting.  I believe it was in the third of Peter Levenda's trilogy "Sinister Forces" where a paragraph or two mentions some of his connections to intelligence agents or agencies.  Sorry for the weak info but I already returned the book to the library.

A caller mentioned last night that there was a John Wayne/John Ford movie with a UFO in it.  I looked it up and the movie is Rio Grande. I happen to have the Blu-ray of it and I watched the whole thing.  The UFO is in there alright at the 1:14 mark hovering over Wayne's right shoulder while he's talking to Maureen O'Hara.  Reliable sources, that were on the set, say that absolutely none of it was shot on a soundstage.  It was all shot on location in Moab, Utah.  It's not a light reflecting from the camera as the UFO clearly goes behind some branches and comes back out.  So whatever it is, its quite distant.  Not car headlights either as the ufo is cleary seen against the sky,and is not just a light.  It Is not a plane either. I can't explain it.

We got trouble here in River City.  Trouble I say... it starts with a "T", that rhymes with "C" .. that stands for Climate Change.

Biggest bullshit story in the last 100 years.

Didn't realize there were so many female pilots.

And they all have sexy voices. Or is that just because I'm envisioning them in their hot-pressed pilot uniforms?

George also said  he's "really learned to appreciate" Bob Dylan.  Can we appreciate him beyond "Blowing in the Wind" ?

Now that he's familiar w/ that one and "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" he must be a real Dylan expert.  I think Dylan's got a few other good songs but I'm not sure so I'll just wait for George to teach me with his creative bumper music choices.

I'm glad somebody brought this up. My favorite is the smallpox blanket story. The idea that white settlers plotted to give Indians smallpox blankets has been debunked. Indians certainly suffered and died from white man's diseases, but not through deliberate transmission, though George cites it.

The other one also has to do with disease. The notorious Tuskeegee syphilis experiments were with people who already had syphilis. This was certainly was bad enough, but George and others seem to believe doctors GAVE them syphilis in a Mengele like fashion.

This is like some kind of tv show, like Murder, She Wrote or Miss Marple. Yokel Chief "well I guess he had a heart attack while milking Bessie." Visiting old lady "Uh, officer I couldn't help but notice a large hole in his chest and that his shirt bears marks that would appear to be gunpowder residue and singe marks. He also was receiving threatening messages regarding his support for dairy price fixing." Deputy Yokel "She's right boss, look at this here shell casing." Chief Yokel "Look ma'am. Thanks for your help but we might not be big city but we know how to investigate a murder." Deputy Yokel "But I though you said his heart attacked him..." Chief Yokel "that will be enough, deputy, get on the horn and get ol' Doc out there and tell him to bring his Polaroid camera. I swear if you weren't my wife's cousin I'd...."

Now you've got me thinking that Chief Yokel sounds exactly like Andy Griffith.
