If your working, you are just putting off your collection of a pension (that you have not contributed as much to as you will be taking out.) The government gives subsidies to corporations that benefit you indirectly more than they do somebody who is "poor" and collecting welfare. Don't get me started on government workers making 80,000 for a 30,000 a year job. While the government has been bribed by their unions to pay them an extra $4000 per month more than the worker is worth- that worker feels free to pretend that they are superior to the welfare mom pulling in $1200 a month.

Do you live in a new neighbourhood where the government just paid tens of thousands to connect your driveway to the interstate road system, your water to the treatment plant, and your storm to the river? Yeah, some places charge the developer a small portion- but the rest usually comes from the government. Single family detached cost a lot more that Casa Senda and the usual subsidized housing.

If you don't believe that you are collecting government money in some form or another, you are a moron.
