Right.  It is pure speculation on my part but based on cases that I have read about.  They certainly don't seem to be from another planet in our solar system and I don't think V'ger has reached the Pleiades yet so there is little evidence of intelligent life in the rest of the universe.  I would think there would be life somewhere but there is no evidence yet.

Exactly. We have a better understanding of the universe these days than we used to have, and it looks pretty bad for alien contact other than a few narrow avenues. But the paranormal remains wide open. Who knows?

Well to be fair it is difficult to tell one squirrel from another.

Nope. There is like humans races. Red, Gray/Grey, Rock, and more. Intercine warfare between sometimes. And also albinos in all which, unfortunately are treated like albino humans in Africa are. Personally? I like rock squirrels. They don't invade house, chew up your wood, attack bird feeder, as much, but live in rock holes in cliffs and can pack an AMAZING amount of nuts, fruit, whatever in cheeks. Baseball players of old would be impressed.
