that first call with Rose was awesome. Took one caller to beat callers for years on the other show. So into it. I loved how she thought she was talking with a screener. hahaha

No shit, that was a great call. Between that and the calls last night, I don't think we have anything to worry about regarding the quality of the calls.

What a call! And straight off, an object lesson from Art in how to engage with your callers, a lesson that entirely by-passed that other guy whose name I forget right now.

Very worried about the technical glitch. One thing they CANNOT allow if this happens is dead air. That is the cardinal sin of live radio. If Keith has to talk about his toe-nails or whatever, you MUST keep talking. It's radio 101. Silence followed by Keith saying he didn't know what happened followed by silence was third rate.

How are you listening? I've noticed SW seems to be delayed versus the computer stream and Tune-In slightly but still a bit delayed than my internet stream. Curious how KXL-FM in Portland sounds and how far it carries? Any DXers out there?
