Thinner and fit people make the better competitive eaters.

Senda has too much fat taking up space so his stomach can not expand fast enough to accommodate a large amount of food in a short time. Also the fit person stronger muscles that assist in getting everything down fast...

Could he keep them in his cheeks, like a squirrel?

Everyone's been feeding at our trough, so they all get slapped down.

You do realize this is not the way to handle it, right?

Trumpers need to be on notice that the aluminum for their single wide trailers is about to get very expensive and Warren G. Harding can finally rest easy as he is no longer the worst POTUS ever.

Really?  Name a single successful domestic or foreign policy issue that Obama is responsible for.  Something where we can point to the actions he took to initiate and follow through on an issue most people would consider a success.  Because there was quite a bit of incompetence, division, failure, crime, and corruption we can point to.  Hell, if he wasn't the worst president in modern history, you should be able to name quite a few successes that were his doing over his eight years.

In just over a year Trump has already left him in the dust when it comes to the economy and foreign policy.

Of course we should just let Russia and China engage in predatory pricing and drive our key remaining domestic aluminum producer (Alcoa) into the ditch...

What does that have to do with putting tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and the EU?

Exactly.  Trump is creating leveridge for negotiations with the many European states that levy ridiculously high tariffs on American goods.

Quote from: Metron2267 on June 02, 2018, 10:58:21 AM
Precisely!

Same for Canuckistan.

The world's on notice, no more lousy trade agreements, period!

Then redo or ditch trade agreements, don't arbitrarily add tariffs to industries - the only result of which are higher domestic prices and retaliatory tariffs on our products sold abroad

Haha. George sounds worried. Maybe I’ll do the 1.5 hour drive to Pasadena and finally meet him in person. I’ll wait till he enters the convention bathroom, at which point I will engage in friendly conversation with him and finally introduce myself. George is extremely violent so he will probably hit me. At which point I will defend myself and hit him back. Too bad there are no cameras in the bathroom to get it all on video.

Has anyone told him they won't have fat cars available?

I'm on Israel's side because the moslems are a blight on the planet.  I'm on the side of their neighbors wherever there's conflict.  Burma has the right idea.

I have been awake till the end of all of them, but didn't make it a point to make note of that.

Some of the words and patterns Art used would normally only come from a person his age, and it's just odd to hear Heater repeat them over and over.  One example is she uses ''boy'' a lot, as Art did.

People under 70 don't really use that as an expression much anymore - she certainly didn't as (redacted) on the GabCast - and it sounds ridiculous to hear it three or four times in every segment (''I've been looking forward to this show for awhile, and boy is it going to be a good one'', etc).  There are others.  If she isn't signing off with ''ta ta'' like an idiot, then she wasn't paying as close attention as we thought.

Art would sometimes sign off with ''ta ta'', and there was just something about it that always fell flat for me.

Has anyone made it to the end of one of Hester's shows to know if she ends them with that?

This is pretty grim.  In a hilarious way.

What would you call it? I'm not a fan of wormhole either.

It was cringe-worthy from the start.  With that, Art proved he wasn't the all-seeing genius some thought
