Sounds like you could be brushing your teeth and suddenly pass out face first into the sink. This stuff is so going to get pulled and then appear on the 1800BadDrug ads. My favorite is still the old Zelnorm ad that warned of diarrhea with fainting. Sign me up!

Among the side effects reported are headache, nightmares or unusual dreams, and drowsiness.
Had the pill been around back in 2006, Turner said she probably would have been one of the first ones to try it out.
“But living with this for so long, it doesn’t behoove me to use the drug at this point,†she said."

It sounds like another situation where the cure can be worse than the malady it's meant to treat. Or where the financial interest of the pharmaceutical company may trump the potential benefit of the drug. Vanda certainly seems to have no shortage of funds for radio ads.
