The US Constitution provided a couple ways to amend portions that were either outdated or otherwise needed to be changed.  They are known collectively as the Amendment Process.

Why is it the Left always must resort to making changes outside our Constitutional Process?  Why are they always so completely incapable of making their case logically and appealing to common sense?  Why is it they never even try?  The question answers itself - their world view makes no sense when it's examined.  Their arguments don't hold up when debated.

Their tactics range from election fraud, to gerrymandering, to street mob violence, to placing fake judges on the various courts who will substitute Left-wing ideology for the law.

And, the Left's tactics have also included assassination. I would classify John Wilkes Booth as a Leftist of his time. He was also a noteable theater actor to boot.

Growing questions about CNN's airport monopoly as network veers left

... But critics are now asking if busy travelers should be subjected to CNN’s increasingly ideological programming -- at gates, bars, food courts and baggage claims -- which can include on-screen chyrons or subtitles that gleefully mock President Trump. Many travelers have even taken to Twitter and started online petitions to urge airports to change the channel.

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2018/03/23/how-cnn-airport-force-feeds-partisan-content-to-unsuspecting-travelers.html
Don't get me wrong.  There probably are a number of people complaining about "being forced to watch CNN" while at the airport (the world is full of special snowflakes who should not be subjected to views that do not match their own.)

However, using fox news as a source that people are unhappy with CNN is bloody funny... The link to the petition where all of these outraged people are signing has a whopping 5000 signatures in the last 2.5 weeks.  Sounds like a pressing issue to me.

While they used extra-Constitutional means earlier, I think they gave up on the process when they failed to get the so-called Equal Rights Amendment passed by enough states in the 70s.

"fake news" is the shoe that fits many a foot.... left and right.  ;)

I worked in an office building where there were flatscreen cable TV displays at either end of the lobby. One side had CNN and the other had Fox News. One day, after the displays were switched for some resaon, I heard that a black woman that worked as a receptioist in an office outside the flatscreen that now showed Fox News complained to management, and said "I don't want Fox News on outside our office... 'they're Racist'."

The building management acquiesced to her complaint, and put CNN back on the flatscreen on her side of the lobby. (Note: the volume on that TV was never up... even when it was CNN... just the image of Fox News triggered her.)

So, CNN triggers conservatives, and they see CNN as an agenda driven network. I don't have cable so CNN is not on my "news feed". I watch Fox News Channel highlights on YouTube and Roku from time to time, specifically, The Five. With Roku, I jump all around to many News Channel outlets and catch an interesting interview from time to time.

Hey, I'm all for mixing it up.  Crap, put on the Cartoon Network for a change at least.  Every freaking TV showing what is obviously a channel of propaganda is ridiculous.  But that does describe the commies.  Ridiculous.

Their tactics range from election fraud, to gerrymandering, to street mob violence, to placing fake judges on the various courts who will substitute Left-wing ideology for the law.  Even with the above tactics, they still need continual lies, smears, accusations of ''racism'', and the full support of the fake news media, Hollywood, and academia to eke out whatever elections they manage to win.

Even with all that, they can only win those elections by suppressing minorities - by withholding opportunity and withholding decent educations in order to keep them on the modern version of their plantations, and voting for them.
The ends justify the means.  I'll say one thing for the commies.  They never give up, especially in Congress.  If you can't go through it, go around it, over it, under it, whatever it takes.  Unlike the spineless RINO's.  The commies never give up.  But they never learn, either.  The chosen commie few make the most of it, for as long as they can, but, inevitably, it all eventually collapses in on itself.  It's an ideology of misery for the many and eventual failure for all.

Kind of like the way Obama used FISA to illegally spy on Americans including multiple political opponents. Guarantee they had this strategy down as they were writing the FISA law.

Put in some friendly judges like they do with regular courts. Submit fake evidence to said friendly judge. Set up FISA approved surveylance of one of your Russian friends Vladimir Boris Ivan. Tell Boris to go ahead and give your polical enemy a call. Leak conservation to media in the name of “national security”. When nothin useful is captured, just call it collusion. Who cares if there’s no federal law banning collusion. Just imply there is. Nuff said. Only question is how long they’ve been up to this.

Or just have a couple demokkkrat operatives, I mean an old couple totally unknown of course to the demokkkrat party, follow the speaker of the house around in a car with high tech surveylance equipment that can monitor all of his cell phone conversations. Then leak the tapes to your friends at the NYTImes.

It’s kind of funny the similarities between talks of a “trade war” and “US civil war”. China is already fighting a trade war with the United States. Just like the demokkkrat party and left have been at war with consitutional freedom loving pro America Americans for at least half a century. Trump is just the first minute step in fighting back. It’s time for the right to take off the gloves and let the ends justify the means.

They're definitely masters of circumvention.  It's their primary tool.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”

Everyone’s up in arms over Trump signing the omnibus bull. Who let it get to his desk? Where’s McConnell? He’s been completely MIA. How’d this turd quietly get through Congress? Americans having no chance to see what’s in it. Just like Obamacare. We know how that wonderful free healthcare for all worked out.

... the demokkkrat party and left have been at war with consitutional freedom loving pro America Americans for at least half a century. Trump is just the first minute step in fighting back...

As a Party, they are getting worse by the minute.  These are not the same so-called ''Liberals'' that filibustered the Civil Rights Acts of the 1950s and 1960s; cut off supplies to S Vietnam after we pulled out, dooming them to the North in the 1970s; colluded with the Soviets to disarm our nuclear deterrent, and colluded with Cuba to undermine our allies in the region in the 1980s; tried to force Euro-style Socialist medicine on us and take away the guns we need for self protection in the 1990s; and, ultimately, gave us Pelosi and Obama to undermine the country.  And put the official mark of approval on the group that needs to keep changing it's name as it disgraces itself in front of real Americans:  Solidarity International/Black Bloc, Occupy Wall St, Black Lives Matter, Antifa.

Ok, maybe they are the same and just hid it better before.  Maybe the rotten core has simply crowded out the moderates and taken over the Party completely.

Under Obama, the America-haters lurking in the shadows in media, in academia, in Hollywood, in the bureaucracy and behind the gavel - until now pretending to be honest journalists, teachers and professors pretending they teach and allow open discourse, and pretending to be simple entertainers innocently giving people what they want, and pretending to follow the law - now feel free to fully expose themselves for what the are.

They hate our form of government; our Constitution; our system of free exchange, property rights, and being entitled to keep the fruits of our labor; our history; our culture; our success; and, ultimately, they hate us.

They've been twice exposed:  First in their support for Obama's lawlessness, his undermining of our country, his refusal to respect the limits of his office, his divisiveness, and Second, in their barrage of unfounded, knowingly dishonest attacks on Trump.  Those minute steps of fighting back you mentioned absolutely cannot be tolerated.  Not only did they unexpectedly lose momentum on multiple fronts with his election, these people know that once they are revealed and understood by the citizens of this country for what they are, they are finished as a movement - they know how perilous their situation is better than anyone, and guard is zealously.

Trump outsmarted everyone with that bill.   As it is an Omnibus bill he can spend that money where he likes. He has all the money he needs now. And as he stated the wall is National security, The  Army engineers are going to be building the wall. LOL  And as for funding shit like PP  good luck getting that cheque signed LOL.  He also has the OIG now loaded with funding. Can you say Military Tribunals, I knew you could.  ;)

Its a mutual relationship.- True
And they've been screwing the west for decades. - Very true.
Trump is the first to hit back.- Judges will award a point for this.
We have the money.- You have the debt.  Held by other governments.
They need us more than we need them.- See your first point about a "mutual relationship".

They already have, two decades ago.  Massive, ongoing intellectual property theft, and gross illegal trading practices (illegal per their signature to conform with WHO requirements).  It's just that it's finally time to quit waiting for them to grow out of it, and put an end to it ourselves...

Free trade can't happen between two countries as unequal as ours in so many ways (legal systems, productions costs, government intervention, etc), and we've agreed to look the other way all these years for a variety of reasons - including them having to do something with our dollars so they exchange them for our debt.
I love the post.  I don't think that there is much that anybody could reasonably disagree with.  I hope that there are more people who agree that it is time to do something about it- and soon.

My concern is the number of people who seem to think that "we" can enter trade wars and that it will be painless... That there will not be a few years of some very serious economic consequences.  I do believe that in the end, the entire world can be better off...

The other thing that I find interesting is that a certain world leader seems to be wanting to do a trade war with the entire world at once when it might make more sense to find some countries with similar values and economic realities and find allies.  The fact is that yes- the US is a huge consumer of Chinese made goods (and those from other third world countries with cheap labour and no concern for copyrights or other laws.)  However, if you ban everything from those countries, it will drive down the price and increase consumption in other countries (I guess I could look forward to even cheaper imported crap if a proper trade war happens south of the boarder.)

I don't see how one country will actually be able to take on this problem alone.  Allies may be necessary (even to purchase some of that debt that China holds if they decide to start dumping in retaliation.)  I just don't know if he would be able to find any allies in the current crop of world leaders...

Anyhow, it will be interesting to see how things play out...

Don't forget to have the old couple, to make their recording, stop their car just inside a county with a Democratic state attorney guaranteeing no prosecution for violating the state's strict anti-recording laws. Then give the tapes to a Senator from across the country to leak.

Is Doc Wallet on the Egg Council or American Egg Board? Or invested in some poultry farms? I think there is a conspiracy there. Maybe also on some Dairy PACs? He also advocates butter all the time.

ps: did you know that the U.S. Poultry & Egg association is "inclusive?" It is a ""All Feather"   association.
