And with the anti-terrorism and anti-drug campaigns and vigilantism in the Philippians I'm not sure we are ever going to get the complete story. And sometimes you can't explain crazy. But the safety, fire fighting systems, fire doors, and training procedures of the hotel and staff should be investigated.
