First off I did not say that within Islam government is an integral part, I said they are intermixed. I am conflicted concerning the 81%.  Their hearts are in the right place.  We changed our interpretation of Judaism and Christianity as time went on.  These people were reared in a repressive religious state, and it's understandable that they should cling to all they know as good, but over time they may come to see their religion in a new way, as we have.
