Anyone remember this guy and this show? Whatever happened to him and was it all just total bs or did he ever "release" the documents he supposedly have?

Yeah I remember that guy and his appearances back in the late 1990s.
Never heard about him after that.
But remember another 1990's Art Bell classic guest/caller called Mike "Madman" Markham?
A show on Dark matter network last night, Epic Voyages, told about what happened to him after he seemed to disappear - he jumped thru his own time portal and appeared a year in his future and lost his memory...
