Learned about adaptogens:. Basil, rosemary, mushrooms...

Added oat bran to mashed potatoes.
Realized fat doesn't hold muscle tension or experience muscle pain.  Hmmm...  really?
Remembered to drink water, barely.
Ate "just one" small piece.
Got fresh air.
Rinsed and drained the family's buttered vegetables before eating mine.
Didn't experience any food addictions today.  Although I ate a Mexican sugar cane cube.
Took the vitamin.

I started bran supplementation about 6 months ago.  At first I didn't like the omega taste (kind of fishy or rancid tasting).  But, 6 months later, I find the food actually sweet.  A nice payoff.

No no Richie. You're projecting again. I'm a psychopath. It's why I was able to crush people on my way from the bottom to the top. You wallow here; your only thing. :)

I've been "blooded." You haven't.
I think psychopaths have to be really smart.

If women can't secure a man by 25, they're fucked for life. They think it's a thing of the past, because they are brainwashed with the Communist bullshit, but it's sad to see these oceans of heart-broken women. Thank God we did it right. I wish you luck JoJo.

I got super drunk one night, and fucked I doubt that.  Alcohol is a depressant.  You probably faked it. girl like you one time She is not like me.As soon as I came she jumped up She can't jump up as soon as you come because your posture blocks her and said: "If I get pregnant I'm keeping it." That is definately not true.  Your spawn?  Ha.I didn't know if I should punch her in the abdomen or not.Punching a seed is a waste of time; embryos are probably what you're thinking. The abdomen is a ways from the uterus though. You obviously wanted to impregnate her, since you did your best at it, so what exactly is the issue here?

Where do you find this stuff.  It doesn't even pass a quick glance for common sense.  Imaprepub.com?

Remember when you date that mono (EBV) (glandular fever) is passed through saliva.  If one of you has had it, you could pass it to your date. The virus can have lifelong ramifications for some people, affecting the liver, spleen, salivary glands, eyelid glands, and other things.  Also a good reminder to make sure your tableware and mugs are clean!  And to keep your hands well washed, or away from your face...  pretty common sense which is easy to forget under pressure!

Food stamps that pay for Trix, Lucky Charms, Coke, Sprite, Wonderbread, Hostess, cream pies, non-dairy creamer, angel food cake, Cheetos, hydrolyzed protein (boullion), Velveeta, frosting, edible cake decorations, Crisco, PAM, artificial food coloring, MSG, and spray cheese.

But won't pay for dandelion root, oil of oregano, milk thistle extract, bitters (like Angustura), aloe vera juice, nutritional yeast, stevia, enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, quercetin, lactase, papaya tablets, psyllium seed (Metamucil), essence of borage, or primrose oil.
Those are the old lists.
Here are the updated lists!

Food stamps pay for diet coke, non-dairy creamer, sesame seed, coffee, decaf, PAM, artificial food coloring, MSG, aspertame, sacharin, cream of tartar, xanthan gum,  chewing gum, candy, and artificial flavoring.  None of which a person can live on!

Yet they won't pay for nutritional yeast, bitters, stevia, dandelion root, papaya tablets, quercetin, lactase, or psyllium seed.  And, they allow diet soda, with no nutritive value, but they disallow aloe vera juice!

So, yes to sesame seed but no to psyllium seed.
So, yes to oil of avocado and sesame, but no to oil of oregano, primrose oil nor castor oil (and also usually no to oil of flax).
So, yes to diet cola, but no to aloe vera juice.
So yes to coffee but no to dandelion/chicory.
So yes to artificially colored, artificially flavored candy, but no to papaya tablets (for digestion).
So yes to aspartame but no to stevia.
So yes to coffee/decaf but no to bitters.
So yes to chewing gum but no to quercetin (a powdered part of fruit).
So yes to artificial red #40 but no to lactase!

All I can figure is you're right.  The establishment is in favor of slow-kills.

I'm just saying that in terms of survival it comes down to the basics like water, protein, carbs and some basic nutrients, of which there was little in the second list. I wasn't disparaging it though.
Yeah, right, I saw that.  Made sense.  Then I went to the store, and realized something else.  I'll show you.

What more proof do you need that the government is trying to kill you?!

However, the diff is that you could actually survive off of the stuff on the first list and while the stuff on the second list may be helpful if you have food to go with it, without it you won't survive long off of that list.  ;)
Okay, so I went along with your line of reasoning.  But it broke down when food stamps allowed artificial food coloring, artificial food flavoring, saccharin, aspartame, mustard (of which the ingredient says simply ground mustard seeds), sesame seeds, xanthan gum, gum, oregano, bay leaves, coffee, decaf, and cream of tartar powder.  And see, a person can't live on those either!

So why can't recipients get nutritional yeast!  Or aloe vera!  Or dandelion root or chicory!

And they can get oil of flax, sesame, and avocado, but oil of oregano is forbidden!

And they can guzzle aspartame soda all day, which has no nutritional value and depletes potassium, but can't drink aloe vera, which moisturizes the alimentary canal and has antibacterial qualities! What??!

To me, this all looks like bogus bias against "natural health" and in favor or big agra, with its artificial food color and aspartame!

So thanks for trying to make me feel better.  It worked until I got to the store again!

Local news. Lead is some 11 year old! 11!  And quick to a suicide and  into light and noise "pollution." Certainly a thing, I like seeing the stars, but an 11 year old suicide is more than a blurb. Not report or report with some commentary about why?
I couldnt find this.  Can we get a link?  Are you in the US?

Are you high?
No.  My facts are true.  Social Security is not funded by taxes.  And one must have a work history (or be married like widowed) in order to collect.  The amount an individual (or their widower) collects is based in the amount they contributed to SS while working.
https://www.nasi.org/learn/socialsecurity/who-pays
Workers and employers pay for Social Security. Workers pay 6.2 percent of their earnings... (...the employer share, is a deductible business expense for income tax purposes.)

So, if Kathy doesn't have an employment history, then she is not collecting Social Security Disability (unless it is a widow's allocation).

That's why you see some people on SS living lavish lifestyles, while others are impoverished and on food stamps or other programs.  For instance, a now-disabled attorney or doctor receives high SS income, while a now-disabled retail worker or food service worker gets a low SS check.

Recipients are allowed to earn something like $1410/mo.  So, a disabled attorney would not even be allowed to work 5 hours per month (at their typical rate of $300/hr) but meanwhile a disabled retail worker would be allowed to work over 100 hours per month (at the typical $10/hr).  So... disabled atty works 5 hrs a month, but disabled clerk works 100 hrs a month.  Yet both may be equally disabled, and both are recipients in the same federal disability program.  Doesn't seem equitable, if one thinks of this in terms of serious disability.  Why would a low income recipient be encouraged to work heaps, while a rich one not be encouraged to work at all!

Every so often I like to research some claim from a caller and see if there is any merit to the conspiracy etc. "Kevin from Houston" the other night was going on about his relative "Crazy Lester" Pfister and it triggered that the name Pfister is somewhat famous. He went on though to say, in some kind of family conspiracy against him, that other relatives sold out to Dow-Monsanto for "$80 billion" and that he is trying to make a movie about him (not sure if it is someway to get back at relatives or "expose" the conspiracy or what. From what I can quickly see I don't see the $80 billion, though a part of the company was sold to DOW-Agro and he was famous for hybrid corn.

Polenta is great!  It's made from corn meal, which has corn gluten in it.  It's cheap and easy to pre-make, or you can buy it in rolls.  Either way, you slice and fry it and it's a wonderful "gluten-free" soft, warm carbohydrate.  It goes well with onions, garlic, and meat if you like, or just melted cheese, or marinara sauce (and of course, onions and garlic).  Next time you see an old bag of cornmeal, don't just think if cornbread!

OMGoodness.

I thought he meant bikini girls for a Tropicana 100% fruit juice promo.

Uh, no.  That's not the Tropicana.

Looks like Tropicana bikini girl casino chips ($25) might pay off better than board games 25 years from now.
