I am not engineer but that initial clip looked like me sealing up some cracks in rockwork or a driveway, hardly something for a dam. It was like "Flex Seal" from MeTV commercial. Geez. They could, at least, hire some of those Irish-Gypsy gangs and get that dam resealed and fixed because "they were just working on another neighbor's dam and have some excess material."

On the bright side: they should color the water green for tomorrow like they do in Chicago and some places. Btw I have a "Make St.Patrick's Day Great Again Shirt" that shows a caricature of Trump thrusting out a mug of beer a friend sent me. I figure it is "jokey" enough that I can wear out and not get attacked by some BLM or Leftist type.
