I am of the opinion, and have been since the start that no matter what happened, the family and the coroner believe that it was accidental, and it’s nobody else’s right to say any different.

I will say that feeling for me was cemented after I heard Airyn give her statement during the interview with Karen that I did. It affected me greatly having to hear a widow beg another woman to stop talking about her dead husband in that way. It was disrespectful of Heather then and it is disrespectful of Lear now.

Darrell Neely (Sr) was his name .... I don’t remember him ever being known by Talley. Neely does a shouty facebook show now - mainly about Vara from what I can gather.

I thought I heard that Ren was turning up on Jason Callan’s YT vids, but I may have misheard...might be worth a check.

I recently went through the original MITD/Wade drama thread from the time of Art’s passing.

From a forensic internet archeology perspective it was fascinating. I then went through the blitz thread.

It’s amazing what you can pick up from them.

It’s an interesting question.

KR was the owner of MITD/DMDN, so the shows would be his, so presumably as DMDN is making such a big thing of playing those MITD shows with Art they now belong to whoever the fuck the new owners are.

I would imagine the images being used of Art are still copyright to the estate, unless there was some deal done to use those images.

Rubini, how did KR lose out on the deal? He got the $$$’s for the sale, I am sure he is now enjoying not have to run any board or listen to any paranormal shows, something he said he lost interest in a long time ago.

Seems this whole shitshow with contracts will be a good case study someday in a “What not to do in a business deal” class.

All Rubini seems to be good at is being butthurt.
