jazmunda

just kidding.  ;D

It's a conspiracy! Did George make you do this?

Now I have to spend another 0.3 seconds finding the Falkie thread.

Actually, that's probably a good thing.  It gives me time to come to my senses.

Now I actually have to read stuff instead of blindly clicking on it.

I love how the George Noory board has descended in order.

Where did all the Daikaiju kitchen appliance porn go?

I absolutely must see the well zippered Kimberly-zilla grinding the coffee beans again.

I think she was using Oster brand?

I can't find things and such anymore....  :-\   :'(

things are just as hard to find as such now ... dammit.

Fake out! I didn't lose anything either, but I found a new save draft function and a draft from 2015 on the Art Bell thread. Thank you, MV! I'll just scoot over to y/t and post a video of me unboxing my old draft for your entertainment pleasure.  ;D

Every time you loose something, you are bound to find it in the last place that you would look...

When logging in, I see icons for facebook, google, twitter, windows live, & yahoo.

And yet I find no icon for The Sphere.

Why is there no Wikipedia page for BellGab?

Why is there no Wikipedia page for BellGab?

When BellGab's members find the monolith and then one member clubs another member to death with the jawbone of an ass, we'll officially be indexed on Wikipedia as a recognized social media network platform.

Tried to search for an old post and I got this reply:
"
An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to search for posts in this forum."

I guess I am banned, at least in searching, on the forum? Praise MV for letting me still post, at least. I am not worthy.  ;)

when you click "search" in the menu, it should take you to a custom google search for bellgab.com.  if that's not what the search button in the menu is pointing you to, then you probably need to clear your cache.  how did you attempt searching?  what did you click?

never mind.  i know what you did.  you used the search bar.  i forgot the search bar had been re-added after i had to do a clean install of the forum software the other night.  i didn't see it because i always keep the header collapsed on my screen.

You are correct, sir! That was what I did. Though, groveling and shuffling backwards, I find the new "google BG search" option, lacking. Much as I do the normal Google web search. I don't know what they have done (too much try to "find" what you, in particular, are searching for versus finding information? Or the "fake news" algorithm stuff? Or so many fakers trying to grab clicks by faking their sites with stuff not included on them? I don't know but searching used to be easier on the internet.) Praise and no offense.  ;)

yeah, i know some won't like the google search, but it's here to stay.  using it allows me to decrease the size of the database by about 480MB which is nuts.  a custom bellgab/google search takes almost 100% of the search overhead off of bellgab's server and puts it on google.  and finally, not a single bellgab user has ever said anything good to me about the forum software's built in search.  not once.  the custom google search might be a lateral move for users, but in terms of server overhead, it's a winner.

these tips for refining your google searches also apply to the custom bellgab/google search:

Yeah, I get it. Though that detail is nuts. Always remember: people always bitch when stuff is free or almost free. Keep up the good work!
