If memory serves,  Sirocco  is a wind of some type.  In this case it could be Noory's butt wind,  I'm really not sure to be honest.

I think( and I could be wrong)   Deus te Amat  means  "God be with you"  or something similar.

Pretty good Curits -- A sirocco is like a hot, dry hurricane. Deus te Amat means "God loves you"  -- Ian's sign off is "Deus te Amat, and I do too" 

Now here is the part where I get lost a little.  I think that in Latin there are multiple words for love - each with a particular shade of meaning.  But that may be contextual.  Not sure.  But in general - the root "amo" is used the way we use "love" in English.  Everything form "I love to play WoW" to "I love my newborn child more than my own life"
