It's been a long time since I was 19 & I'd rather not be reminded of it, the way things have been lately.  Why does he play these assinine songs?  It's more like, "Hey, 91" honestly & I don't mean him, just everything.  Why even go there?  He'll never understand why people say he mocks.

I suppose it's for a grandchild.

Okay, what's with George playing Disturbed's Sound of Silence cover on Sunday nights?
I think he sd Simon and Garfunkel approved of the rendition.  Still macabre though.

He lied tonight.  He said his dad was his best champion.  That is not true.  No champion gives a family member the silent treatment just for changing his major in college.  No champion is callous to the needs of a child's pet.  Besides, we all know his mom is his best champion, so that proves the lie, too.  Other than calling his dad a champion tonight, George has never said a nice thing about his dad on air in at least 8 years.  But he praises his mom all the time.  He did not go to comfort his family or to pay respect at death time when his dad died suddenly.  But he could afford to.  If his dad had really been his best champion, he would have stayed closer around the time leading up to and after his dad's death.  I don't like lies and dishonest perception management.

Here is a cute video from summer of 2015.  It seems very natural, even though it was filmed.  George flirts with a man's foot.  At the end, a passer by says "That's GEORGE NOORY!" and a crew member is surprised at their awe.

Get a new cat, there are cats that need a home or they will be euthanized.
By the way, she was a shelter cat.  She'd been transferred over time through 3 shelters.  No one wanted a declawed cat, & I think she was bred with a cat that was part rabbit.  It was very hard protecting her all those years.  When you protect someone that long, it is super difficult to lose them.  None of my other cats needed that kind of protection.  I thought when she passed away, I'd be relieved of so many care giving duties - she was high maintenance.  But that relief was fleeting and the real grief goes on.  I don't know if she's in the grave waiting for Judgment Day or if she is in heaven with her brothers and maybe her original mother.  I don't know if she can see me, or if a new cat would make her jealous.  Soon I'm expected to be living with someone who has a lonely, needy shelter cat already who is about 2.  I suspect I'll be comforting that one.

His bullshit fake voice for starters.
I'll have to go on You Tube.  I know there is one host whose voice bothers me because it's like it goes a little too low for his natural range.  Maybe he is the one.

uh ... Ian is married for decades to an intelligent woman successful in her own media career, think he has 2 sons who are very well educated and working and involved in making the world better, he's continued to work while at the same time continuing his education, earning his PhD late in life and now is a professor at Kansas State. I do think he does have a problem relating to people who have had sad lives and find themselves in their old age with nobody to care about but the host of a radio show that couldn't care less about them.

I find Punnett to be pretentious, pedantic and precocious at times but overall he does a good job on Coast because he is intelligent, he has knowledge, he prepares for the guests and you get a real conversation and interview. You don't get questions like 'Do you think the robot babies could attack us while we're sleeping? JEEZE!'
Is she blonde?  Just curious.

That's a good point.  It was really difficult finding landlords that would allow one.  And I don't have any assets or savings right now.

San Francisco passed a law a few years ago that no one could breed pets until every pet had a home.  I would like to see that law passed everywhere.  We can't keep killing unwanted pets while churning more about at pet stores.  It's totally irresponsible and unethical.

I've raised 70 years of pet lifespan.  That's a lot.  But the last 10 years, I was constantly concerned I might have to surrender them.  Fortunately, we made it altogether through the rotten economy.  And the ones remaining lived through their natural life spans.  But before I take one in, I need to get some savings behind me, and pay for some urgent car repairs, like vapor lock, breaks, and a/c.  Still, landlords can have whatever they want right now, and they are restricting pets a lot.  But we'll see.  I'm not sure, maybe a dog would be better.

I'm not old and my life is very vibrant.  I moved & am working full time.  Never heard of an adult being called precocious - you mean pedantic.  Well, I never said George was more skilled - but Ian is just immature.  I hope you can agree to disagree.

That was nice of you.  Well, the taxes on the income must be pretty high.  He never looks lavish.  Modest wedding for daughter.  I dunno.  Money won't bring my cat back so it's a moot topic to me.

Too greedy
Doesn't seem to spend the money on himself.  Everything he owns is a business expense.  I don't know.  He did sponsor that child in some third world country who would now be college age.  Did you notice how his daughter didn't have any blooms in her wedding photo?  Just greens.  Maybe that's a thing now, but it also is extremely frugal.

Jorch will be at C2C until they drag him out, feet first.  He has nothing else.  It's his one claim to fame (read "infamy").

I'm starting to think Punnet is trying line himself up "as heir apparent," with his recent return, which I wouldn't mind.  Unfortunately, at 60, he's not a lot younger than Noory and it would take something unexpected for Noory to be gone.  I wouldn't be surprised to see Noory outlast C2C or even the current radio organizational set-up.  I guess we can always hope for a finding that massive quantities of tooomeric come with the risk of going mute. ;)
Punnet still sounds condescending, not as much as before he went back to school, but most of the time.  I can't stand it even for a minute.  His constant rationalizations, explanations, delineations, judgments, opinions, evaluations...  it's all a poor excuse for real relating.

There are a couple of articles that say Premier extended his contract in 2017 but I couldn’t find anything about for how long.

Jimmy Church is the only “worse host” I can think of. Connie Willis almost makes that bar but if she did a regular show she might do better than she does filling in. I haven’t listened to Lisa Garr in years so I don’t have an opinion. Actually the only C2C shows I have listened to at all in the last 3 years were with Knapp hosting. I don’t listen to Punnet but I do think he is a better host than Noory. Syrett is better than Noory but I haven’t listened to him in years either.  There are way too many commercials on C2C. I tolerate it to hear Knapp depending on the subject.
What's the worst thing about Church?  Sometimes I confuse him with Syrett.

George Noory eats his mother's pussy.

A bikini cave woman song.  I didn't listen after that.

Speaking of bikini models, if George saw Trump in Hawaii so many times in decades/years past with the Hawaiian Tropic bikini models, what was George doing in Hawaii?  He has claimed in interviews that he doesn't take vacations.

Jack Bunny, I have to remove the mute label every time I want to read you and now you're starting to sound hostile so not sure I'll be removing the mute label in the future.  Besides, I think you are not really JS.

Well, well, well.

Another drinking song, Baker Street.  Wow.

Even if it wasn't a song with 2 significant verses about abusing alcohol, it would still be offensive.  Can you imagine being someone the bumper music was played for, with lyrics like, "It used to be so easy, but you're trying, you're trying now."

What a condescending, evaluative, smug, rude, disrespectful, insulting and mocking song.

George, some things are okay to think/feel, but not okay to express to another person.  Especially not a woman.  And especially not a woman you feel romantic about.

GNS.  And I shut off the show.  Ruined my night.  Again.

Great news, everyone! Turns out, I really was not lying, I was telling the truth! I really did not have any of this Agent's private messages available to me!

And then, while fiddling around with My Cloud... oh, look, there's one. I bet there's more! Oh, that might come in handy, eh?

Alright Jojo. Put your hands on the hood--of the vehicle, as you know, I have no hood--and empty your pockets, and in fact, yes, when you remove one of your hands so you can empty a pocket, I am going to add that to the list of charges I will report to The Prosecutor. Uh... who? Yeah, forget it. You're not making it to Omnibus.

You have the standard 7 times 7 days to capitulate, genuflect, reverse--you know the drill. What species are you? Note, I don't know or care, but if you're gonna keep frontin' as human... you better make it good.

The choice is yours. Also, you don't get to send messages to my GF now. You had your window of available light--WINDOW IS NOW CLOSED FIRMLY.

You know, you people who think that Life is a Game... I wonder, do you not think that there are, in fact, Referees? Or do you just think that... We're dumb? Well, whatever, we'll find out after your meatsuit is fully analyzed.

BTW: you're on drugs. wink wink smiley oh btw you're transparent, Darling. Adorable. Victory.

#1) What kind of a person would use this as their very first post on a forum? Class, let's compare this one to my first post. Go on--you've earned it.

#2) Oubliettes continuing to flood at faster and faster rates. I don't know what brig is doing, but I sure hope she's got a facemask on. I don't think anyone should know what she looks like when happy.
I asked if you were on drugs first.  I am not on drugs, duh, I don't even drink alcohol.  We've gone over that - recovering alcoholic here and all.

#1.  That is not my first post.  Are you daft?  You aren't JS.  JS would know that was my 3rd post.  You didn't count correctly.  And I cut my teeth on this forum so how the Hell would I know what a first post should be like.  I'd never been to a forum before.  And in any case, it is a fine, fine post - I see nothing wrong with it.  It was relevant to something George Noory said or played.  The post reflects a tune I have sung here for years so it's not surprising it was one of my first 3 posts.

JS, I haven't thought of your GF in months.  I don't even remember what we talked about.  There was no window - I don't have her email.  I had the flu all fall, scabies all spring, and my longtime pet had to be euthanized.  I nearly faced eviction, had to get an attorney, had to move, and until recently was balancing 3 part time jobs with a 4th part time job offer pending as well until the shut-down ruined that one.  Then I started FT, we had no running water, and toilet paper was impossible to find for 2 months.  Of course your GF is important, but, uh, hello - get real.  I've had bad 3rd degree burns on 2 limbs, so bad I bled blood from them, with repercussions lasted a month so far.  I haven't been able to come here much. If your GF wants to come here, fine, free game, but until then I don't know what or how opportunity you are referring to.  I haven't been here much.  And let me add that the events I just listed were known, I expressed most of them.  So if you want to be petty about grace periods...... I wasn't listening anyway.  Not that I wouldn't - of course I would.  But I was overwhelmed.

I don't know anything about fiddling around with your cloud, except what I told you, which was that I did point out illegal doxxing of you to a few moderators/website maintainers.  I am pretty sure I told you I would, and I did.  Doxxing is against the law.  I was well within my place to let moderators or website maintainers know.  But you doxxed your own self later so I give up.

I have no idea what omnibus is and certainly am innocent of whatever you are making up.  "Agent", ha ha, that's a funny one.  One time call center agent, maybe, lol.  Prosecutor?  For pity's sake, what are you talking about?  This is America.  I'm an American.  With free speech as long as it is in accordance with the rules on private property.

I can dish it out if metaphorical punishment is deserved.  Desperation can be destructive, metaphorically for our purposes here.  If someone who offends me doesn't want me to feel desperate or punitive, then they have the choice of being respectful in the first place.  All I ask for is respect.

Careful, astute readers will no doubt realize at this point--Jackstar's commitment to grammatical excellence may well be a sign of mental imbalance, but there is no doubt that there is a certain... j'n'sais quois... consistency? And you know why? BECAUSE REASONS. THAT IS WHY.

LET US DISCUSS IT... oh, recess bell already? Wow, that was quick. Okay, next time, Comrade! Here, you dropped your lettuce. Yeah, whatevah, just give it to your sister, she's gonna need it.

p.s. you wanna know why I'm not just writing plays? Because actors don't bathe properly. They all stink and they're all addicted to smelling. Look at Brad Pitt? I hear he smells like an actual gym sock. I mean, you know me, I don't judge, but at a certain point, you gotta figure that someone like that is just literally looking to get samples of -all- the amouramatics.

"amouramatics" isn't that a great word? Yeah, spelling check thinks so too... it appears to believe I did not just make up that word this very moment. Well, so be it, not the first time, Pea-Saints.
You just don't sound like yourself.  Gloating & drawing attention to yourself.  You used to just be above it all.  I do not understand what amour (love) has to do with gym sock odor.

"It seems a little inhuman". Yes indeed, murder would qualify as inhumane. The story of the two-headed baby really stimulated George's macabre tendencies.

Shedlock should not be speaking about something he knows nothing about; which would be covid in Mexico.
The spokesman for Amlo's covid task force is Hugo Lopez Gatell, an epidemiologist, expert in infectious diseases, and an alum of Johns Hopkins. The reason they want to move away from testing and towards reopening, has nothing to do with lack of money. Lopez Gatell feels they have reached the peak of covid. I think he knows a bit more about covid in Mexico than Mish Shedlock. BTW, Uruguay never locked down at all, and there have been only 28 deaths there, and 825 recovered covid cases.
Good to know.

There are coincidences.  Anyone who says otherwise either lacks experience or is paranoid.  I agree there are many situations in which something that appears to be a coincidence might not be.  It could be deliberate, contrived, predestined, etc...  But the other half of the time, it's a coincidence.

I don't listen and when I do, it is mostly in the background.  What do you mean by micro-bumper music, that he rushes at the end of the segment to only have a clip of music going to a commercial break?  That would seem to be a timing concern.  I have heard that over time.  Or, does he just randomly play clips during the show and during the interview.  It would be strange to do that.  Never have I heard that.  Can you imagine having an interview and a few seconds of a ZZTop song breaking through mid segment, so random.
You've never heard he is strange?  He is very strange.  One time in the middle of a sentence he said, "Hawaii Five-O" for no reason and then just rattled on.  I suppose the clips could be from the broadcast station locally or internetally but I doubt it.  He has never been the king of segueways, that's for sure.  I'm not that fond of geminis.

Norry interview with the UFO gal was tortuous. For some reason he kept on about God, not UFO or the subject of her book. He also mangled the same question over-and-over in befuddling ways. I'm not sure if he was trying to 'trip her up' in his mind or if he does have a big problem forming a basic question. Of course we got the Stanton Friedman story. At some point also some music broke which sounded like the old Dragnet intro-  in so it is possible that he was watching the old tv show on youtube while he did the interview and the speaker went into feed or his microphone. That could also explain his repeating of the same question over-and-over. I ffwed Doc Wallet and the good news is that my new mower worked well.
That was micro-bumper music.  He's been doing that for a while.

Not real happy with him myself.  "New sensation" song was extremely irritating.  I turned off the show.

George, there is not a sensation alive that I am seeking which I have not already had, with more mobility & a lot less arthritis.  What is wrong with you.  If you still have new sensations to seek at 70, that is just downright callow.

Who wants anything to do with a song that uses God without a capital G.  It's sacreligious and highly offensive to me.  What a rude man.

The other day George played a song with a male singing, "I realized my mistake....I need love, give me love".   I don't like men who are in the position of apologizing, but state their needs first.

Later I had a dream that George said, "I am so..... those lyrics".

George, it was only a dream.  It wasn't you.  But just in case you are thinking along those lines, some feelings are ok to feel but not ok to express.  This is one of them.  Of course every man who is in the doghouse with a woman wants love.  But it is more important to be decently humble to wait to see if the woman is willing to reconcile.  After reconciliation, and some time, like at least months, then the man can demand love.  When things are going well.
