I read a book awhile back called Castro's Secrets: The CIA and Cuba's Intelligence Machine by Brian Latell.  Somewhere in that book, there is a section describing how a young intelligence officer whose normal daily routine was to point his shortwave array towards Miami (I think) to pick up and/or send information/orders to Cuban intel operatives in the Miami area, was on the day of JFK's assassination given orders to point his antenna toward Dallas for a few hours.  Hours that later turned out to be bracketed around when JFK was shot.  Cuba apparently knew something was going down that day.  I dunno, not exactly evidence of conspiracy and not a "lone gunman" but it does raise questions...
