That is funny. You know there is a service used in places like Spain where debtors are shamed by actors who essentially stalk them wearing costumes, especially top-hats and tails. Note that usually these are "debtor" businessmen etc who are avoiding paying up for failed businesses, land-deals, etc not your normal guy who defaulted on a small credit card.
