I can't support that because:

- it means ignoring the fact that we should have the right to enforce our border.
- too many anchor babies are created
- driving without a license and without insurance is a crime
- using someone else's SSN is a crime
- social services and health care costs are too burdensome for these illegals even if they follow every other law.

By the decision to cross into our country illegally, they have proven they do not have respect for our laws. Mexico and Canada would arrest, jail and deport a US citizen that crossed the border illegally.  We should do the same.

I can not follow this.

I say that the ones that commit crimes need to go then you say you can not support it because of a list of crimes.

According to George "the evil MV is jealous of George's 'accomplishments' " I didn't know MV was jealous of an overweight, disease-ridden, grifter

He's jealous because Falkie has been with MADE people.  Who has he been with?

I've pulled my best troublemaking skills trying to convince Curtis to cancel.  I have run out of ideas. I can only hope Curtis is right, and everybody else is wrong (Except WhiteCrow).

Give it time. If this is still a thing around Thanksgiving, we can spill the beans to Mrs PickleRick.

I think that the first time Curtis makes a comment about Falkie's upcoming Halloween purchases, they will end up in BellGab Divorce Court. (Curtis and Falkie, not Curtis and Mrs PickleRick).

oh, in George's latest YouTube video on his gofundme page we learn he will go with or without the money from "donations"...
we also learn he has a new need...
an electric wheelchair, complete with an iPad attachment, so he can video while mobile...
(no surprise to me)

what else will he come up with as a necessity  ?
(besides the stick to wipe his ass...)

Maybe I misunderstood you. From my experience, most liberals would not consider driving without a license, driving without insurance, and falsifying employment records as a crime if they are performed by an illegal.

They consider those as inalienable rights of the undocumented worker. Without being able to commit those criminal trespasses what else could they possibly be doing here?  Collecting welfare, sitting in the emergency room, and what else?

You say you don't want to ignore the immigration laws. But then you say you want to ignore the primary one. The fact that we have a border and it is against the law to cross it without going through customs.

Senda already has $180 pledged on Go Fund Me. The most expensive tickets are $549 for the Gold Pass and yet he is trying to raise $5,000. Why? Are hookers expensive in Pasadena?
hookers ? NO...
LACTATING hookers...
maybe ?

oh, one more thing I learned from George...
IF he says it is so...it IS !
as he has NEVER pulled (or attempted) a scam or con...

now, I think I will send that $123,459.45 to Nigeria for the taxes and processing fees for my $7.6 MILLION DOLLAR LOTTERY WINNINGS...

You need to stop listening to what you are told that most liberals think and start listening to the liberal that you are talking to.

At no point did I say we should ignore the border or any of the other things that you are attributing to me.

I said that it would be cost prohibitive to try to deport 20 million people. I guess that simple statement  is not self explanatory. It would be a huge costly witch hunt. Catching the criminals is easy, they hand themselves to us. We do not need to start asking for papers and shit just so we can catch them all.

I agree
next time I am asked for my "papers" ...
during a traffic stop
at the airport
at customs
in a foreign country
at the bank
anywhere...
I shall just tell them...WTF ? you expect my "papers" ? WTF ?

In my defense, I was responding to your post:

I say let's concentrate on the ones that commit crimes while here. Irregardless of the way they get here.

There are a ton of people that come over, work hard then go home. Then repeat next year. There has been talk about work cards etc but we are far from that.

There are good people that cross the boarder and bad ones that overstay visas.

Which seemed to me that you were ok with people crossing the border year after year (illegally) and living and working illegally (without work cards). I was trying to listen to you and address your specific points.

If the supreme court would rule that the 17th amendment did not create anchor babies I wouldn't be quite as pissed off.

As a conservative libertarian I am against checkpoints for the purpose of checking papers.

But I am against states like California ignoring the federal role in immigration and allowing illegals to get drivers licenses. I am against schools giving illegals in state tuition (or even allowing them to go to public school). I am against them using the social services. Use an emergency room if you have to. Next stop is deportation.

We should have mandatory use of e-verify and there shoukd be criminal penalties for both employers and employees that try to get around it. And they should not put arbitrary limits on the size of the company. If they have 1 employee, that 1 employe should have been checked.

You shouldn't be able to open a bank account without a valid ssn or tax id.

I understand the bleeding heart arguments for granting driver's licenses, free schooling, welfare, banking, legal assistance. I also understand that these bleeding hearts create an environment were it is way to attractive to cross the border illegally.

He has to suspect Heather Wade is also involved.

But they won't be able to stop him.  Falkie will have both his credit cards paid off, and $600 of credit available

I am ok with it in the sense that it does not bother me knowing that it happens. I am not much of a nationalist and borders should be more fluid. But I am not proposing that nor arguing for it.
The person crossing the border is taking a risk and if they get caught they get deported.

If they never get caught then it doesn't bother me a bit.

And it seems you agree because the only way to catch them is a random documentation check point. We both oppose them however Happy seems keen on that idea.

So someone removed the comment about setting a wheelbarrow full of cash on fire. LOL. That was some funny shit.
You know what else is just absurd about the whole thing why couldn't they just pay for cheaper tickets? There is no one on earth I would pay even $80 to meet. God I'm getting old.

But 80 buxx an hour, and those are 'regular' prices, are acceptable, right?   ;)

How about just two words?

Shitsenda sandwich.

The things that really bother me are the anchor babies, chain migration once amnesty is granted, the drain on social services, the increased crime rates, and the unwillingness to assimilate. If you come in legally, you are expected to learn english and pass a constitution test. The US is a nation of immigrants, primarily ones that eventually assimilated. They might have spoken their native language in their homes (as mine did) but they spoke english in public. And for the most part they took care of their own. Very proud back then.
I can't make sense of Happy's posts.

California is changing for the worst. I have lived in California for most of my life and its going downhill and each year its seems to be going downhill even faster. That is my most of my family are planning to leave the state when they retire.

Why wait?  I split 18 months ago..  Not looking back either.

Yeah, herself says the same. She wants us to move out of CA after she retires. There seem to be zillions of cops sitting in cars pulling people over, yet every day seems to have people reporting having their mail stolen. I know its being at the right place at the right time, but they seem to have enough spare cops and cars to chaperone some mid town gay open air concert.

Be seeing you soon, eh?  I know a relocation specialist that can help you.

SergeantMajor

I fell in love with CA when I was stationed at Monterrey.  Maybe the central coast region is different from the rest of the state, but I haven't been there since 2000.
