You miss the nuances. Because almost all the films you love were edited. So why stop there? When it was unavailable on stuff I bought an illegal copy CD-ROM Movie (I think DIV-X) from Kwoonloon of "Cannonball Run." It was hilarious. Subtitled in two Chinese languages. Which differed so much from the actual language. It was awesome. Likewise how you can see "Fast Times" or "Warriors" on tv, VHS, DVD, or rereleases with different soundtracks, endings, etc.

ps: guest from West Virginia. Not that I'm an expert but I told you not much "Wisconsin" in this guest,  or Minnesota in Dave. Accent-wise.

Well, yeah, all films are edited but to the director's or producer's vision.  I'm anal about it, I know.  I just hate commercials and they have like 25 minutes per hour now.  No thanks.

I haven't noticed any yet but Caddyshack is pretty mild in terms of language I think.

Plus I don't want to to watch 40 minutes of commercials.

I like them that way so that younger generations can see them without the 'bad parts.' Plus it shows a film can be funny without cursing, epithets, violence, etc. And also because it is great fun to see how the cuts happen, over time and what channels....will the 'wide-eyed black' during a stunt or such be banned or the 'sexists comment?' Will the 'religious jokes' be banned, and 'how so?' Will brands of alcohol be banned (Wild Turkey banned from Christmas Vacation but Coors still used in Smokey and the Bandit?) Will the "Oriental" and "Jew" joke be banned. Endless in good movies....so on tv, fun to see. Better than the incest stuff. I'm bailing also, not fault of Dave likely an interesting Devil Cult, or whatever, but less on the details of abuse, more on the conspiracy (cult, perverted religion, Satan, CIA mind-control, cartel, white-slavery, etc....)

I'm going to stick with the show.  I know what you mean about those films but I'm too much of a purist.  I want to watch a film as it was meant to be seen.

I wish that he would get more of these people on Skype or Google Hangouts calls. She's probably using an iPhone 5 and it sounds like butt...

It is very tinny and some words don't come through very good.

Awesome! Caddyshack is on AMC. ;D

I don't watch Post-code films on commercial tv.  They cut too much.

You know it will be a good show when they hit molestation in the first 10 minutes.

I'm hearing her voice fine.  It sounded a bit tinny.

Misread albrecht's post. Just some fucker with a years old grudge. Still not the incitement to violence by Maxine Waters you wanted so bad.

No, that happened a year ago when Scalise and others were shot.

Scalping was invented by Americans to satisfy the requirement for a bounty that was put on the so-called "Savage"

It is is fair to say that both sides practiced it.  In my case I was talking about the Sioux not who started it.

And if you know anything about Crow Creek then you should know better.  Thanks GS. :D

Harlan Ellison.

Old Harlan was quite full of himself but he was amusing.  Saw him at a comic book convention around 1990 and man that guy could talk.  RIP

Hundreds?  With a shotgun?  I don't believe it.

It's so hilarious how the Democrats are the only ones standing behind the FBI and the intelligence community as a whole. ::) ;D

Rotten to the fucking core! >:(

Many of them have gone completely off the rails.  They should be put in straitjackets and hauled off to the loony bin.

OK, that story is total BS then. He's probably rigged the delay.

LOL.  What's he doing driving north of Vegas and measuring time with that doohickey?  He could have just gone to Brown Mountain, NC and done it there.

He made a comment a few months back that projected a level of open mindedness which was refreshing. Unlike the rest of the lemmings here which just parrot demokkkrat media talking points.

Plus he brought up assless chaps. Nuff said.

I like WOTR.  I don't agree with him all of the time but he actually seems to carefully think about issues and comes to logical conclusions for the most part.  I see him more as an independent rather than an out and out liberal.  Definitely not as conservative as me but that's fine.

That's a reassuring theory for ghosts. What always creeped me out is what's the story behind the GIS EVP's?

Negative entities pretending to be kids?  Not saying demons but something disturbing for sure.
