"Takin' care of me? You're my kid brother and you take care of me? Did you ever think about that? Hah? Did you ever once that about that?"

"You could drop this guy off at the Arctic Circle wearing a pair of bikini underwear, without his toothbrush, and tomorrow afternoon he's going to show up at your pool side with a million dollar smile and fist full of pesos."

--Super cheesetastic Steven Seagal movie

That reminded me of this quote:

He's got a two day head start on you, which is more than he needs. Brody's got friends in every town and village from here to the Sudan, he speaks a dozen languages, knows every local custom, he'll blend in, disappear, you'll never see him again. With any luck, he's got the grail already.

Eddie Coyle

"You listening? Your mother sucks fuckin' big elephant dicks. You got that?"

Eddie Coyle

"Take her to the zoo. I hear retards like the zoo"

Thank you, sir. May I have another ?

And from another extremely quotable movie:

You contemptible pig! I remained celibate for you. I stood at the back of a cathedral, waiting, in celibacy, for you, with three hundred friends and relatives in attendance. My uncle hired the best Romanian caterers in the state. To obtain the seven limousines for the wedding party, my father used up his last favor with Mad Pete Trullo. So for me, for my mother, my grandmother, my father, my uncle, and for the common good, I must now kill you, and your brother.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses.

Hit it.

Here's one appropriate for an on-line forum.

"What we've got here is failure to communicate."

That`s an EXCELLENT choice and possibly tied with Clint Eastwood`s classic The Outlaw Josey Wales:

                                        "Dyin` ain`t much of a livin` boy"

Ah, yes, the Westerns are filled with great quotes.  Here's one from a more recent, "quirky" kind of Western (even if it was set in that land down under).  Said by "Magnum P.I.," as Quigley, to the bad-guy Elliott Marston, after Quigley has shown he can handle more than his Sharps rifle.

"Said I didn't have much use for 'em [six shooter], never said I didn't know how to use 'em."

"No matter where you go, there you are"

HorrorRetro

"Excuse me, can you blow me where the Pampers is?"  Juvenile, but I still laugh every time.
