Quote from: nika01 on April 12, 2009, 09:29:11 AMEd is now claiming a 20 foot accuracy. He made this "breakthrough" after Steve Fossett was found by somone else, who, by the way, wasnt looking for him.

Logically, this means that he can now find anyone he is looking for. I hope everyone remembers this next time he is off by several hundred miles.

Quote from: nbirnes on December 18, 2013, 10:38:34 PMDo you know how freaky this sounds to someone who is new and trying to learn who people are around here?

I just wrote a heartfelt answer, sensitive and thoughtful TO A DROOLING PERSON.

In real life, I would have caught this. And you wonder why things get all screwed up.

"Dr.Doom failed to deliver again and again. However, one claim that Dames made may have arrived early - he claimed that his remote viewing skills would no longer work by the year 2011 - Ed, not only did you hit the mark here, you were early...way early."
Quote from: MV/Liberace! on August 18, 2008, 11:58:40 PMyou know... i now think i recall hearing him say something about 2011.  he must have made that prediction a long time ago (maybe back in the 90s), because he would be hard pressed to continue to justify sales of his remote viewing bilge if EVEN HE can't use his "skills."  funny how those years creep on by so quickly.  wonder if he'll scoot that goal post back a few more years when the time comes.  he's engaged in the "scoot" so many times before.  why stop?

Quote from: Roswells, Art on September 03, 2022, 10:49:10 AMI can see why he was trying to find a way out of this timeline.

Apparently he was caught with 9000 child porn images.

Hopefully he'll never get out of jail or hopped into a timeline with worse punishments than we have in this one.
Thanks for the info.  I'd never heard of the guy, which is true for 99 percent of the people who supply the material for this thread.

Quote from: Art is the Best on May 03, 2008, 05:17:41 AMIs it illegal to overthrow the government in America? I seem to recall that one of our forefathers, which one I have no idea, said if the government sucks you should get rid of it. I'm paraphrasing. So doesn't that mean it shouldn't be illegal?

Quote from: EvB on May 03, 2008, 05:42:01 PMIn theory, yes - though the "how" matters.    In practice it's a bit like that very old joke:

Q:  What do you call a mutineer who wins?

A:  "Captain"

Quote from: morphiaflow on May 16, 2011, 09:18:47 PMJohn Titor has just sent me a message from page 135 of this thread. He told me that around page 111 there will be a giant war amongst posters which will split the forum in two, and that he has come back to this page to get the posts needed to allow it to survive to page 150 and beyond. However, we may not actually SEE those posts, since in the act of coming back here, he has changed the timeline. So SOME of those things may occur in OUR timeline, or they may NOT. But sadly he can never truly go back home.

I set him up with a 12 pack and some hookers. Hope that'll at least keep him happy.

Quote from: HeReallyDoes on June 22, 2008, 08:05:49 PMIn these days of high gas prices and low national self-esteem, we need a new hero.  It is in our power to make Michael the next contributed-content millionaire!  If we all craft our posts carefully and are half as witty as we think we are ... then Michael will be the next Drew Curtis ... and we will all be able to say that we knew him when he was threatening to take a dump on his monitor if anyone mentioned spyware again.  Then he will cruise by in his luxury yacht and we will smile with great satisfaction.

Michael, remember this post, when you take over the world I want to be in charge of Australia.

Quote from: Mind Flayer Monk on May 02, 2012, 10:49:00 PMI have about 25-30 gallons of water on hand (half full rain water barrels for the garden) .

In a pinch I would probably try to scrounge 71 gallons out of the water heater. Is that stuff potable?

I actually have lots of canned food-just a coincidence though. I am not really stocking for the coming apocalypse.
