Heh, heh, yes indeed.  Clown World is now 24/7 and touring everywhere.  Speaking of bodies, wait until Harry Reid, THE Body, Crazy Nancy, or, Hell forbid, Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg finally assume room temperature.  Multiple cities will need to be pillaged and burned to the ground in mourning.

I'm going to need something stronger than sugar cane Dr. Pepper when any of those mentioned bodies become entangled with the quantum Reaper.

Is the JOHN LEWIS BODY TOUR finally over? Can you let the man rest in peace for Christ's sake?

Morbid fucks. Bizarre.

I'm normal. The world and its lack of discretion has gone completely batshit Looney Tunes.

Don't forget to wash your hands for at least 30 seconds after listening to a Noory interview.

Masks optional, but recommended, while listening.

That mofo is airborne.

Maybe he'll keep up the family tradition with shorted-out headphones.  ;)

George Noory - also known as "the Fifth Monkee."

Who knew he secretly contributed backing vocals to  STEPPIN' STONE?

Stop saying the word whore around me.  Until there is a male equivalent.

Clearly, he just can't WAIT to get home and do deep research and book reading to prepare for his next several guests.

That Noory. What an overly prepared research whore. ::)

When MV interviewed Stellar it was riveting entertainment.

Sadly, MV has slacked off a bit since then on his edgy reporting.

These days it is all commercial idolatry, pushing the FireFub line.

"Now with FireFubâ,,¢!"

I get so SICK of that crap.

Random Topics / Re: Things that bring me joy....

Predictably, as I have said for years, but will say again:

Titanium sporks bring me joy.

Similar to being advised by THE HITCHHIKER'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY to take a towel when you travel, you will find a titanium spork useful in many encounters.

And a companion titanium food knife will increase your ability to handle even more situations - from cutting food, rope, and bandages, to shanking the occasional hostile invader or performing that pesky emergency appendectomy or tracheotomy.

Less than $20 for a CORAXTECH set.

You can (and will) thank me later.

(TRUE or FALSE:

For bread and butter money, Camazotz (The) Automat used to and sometimes still does, write for a physical pocket travel guide specifically geared toward the "Bermuda jet set" circles.

I will never tell. But there is pink sand in my shoes.)

Wait! It took two guys to write this book?! ???

And it's "just" a novella!  Heh.

Father and son team.

I did enjoy it. Traditional ghost story but with some modern rigging. "Atmospheric and creepy" sounds like a cliché description, but is a fair assessment. Which is the minimum you would expect from the founder of Cemetery Dance Magazine.

Just one of Snoorge's stock questions to use up time and get the show over with. He always seems in such a rush out the door, I wonder where he goes...

Clearly, he just can't WAIT to get home and do deep research and book reading to prepare for his next several guests.

"YOU ARE A FUN-LOVING PERSON AND WILL FIND MUCH HAPPINESS"

That's what I call full coverage. It told me what I am, and what is to come.

It wisely did not mention I was a tortured psychic child in the Montauk project.

It is a "fortune" cookie. Not a "how your life was so fucked up" cookie.

Thank you, Panda Express!

(And again with the missing lotto numbers. What a gyp! I will go to family owned Uncle Wing soon and get some goddamned Lucky Numbers.)

One day, you're just sitting there, minding your own business, not hurting ANYONE,  then you notice that Marilyn Manson has morphed into Pee Wee Herman.

Two, new, mini MST3K episodes on the way.

According to https://mst3k.org/

"July 21, 2020
Support MIGIZI
As announced at the MST3K San Diego comic-con “Panel-in-Place” with Joel Hodgson, J. Elvis Weinstein, and Bill Corbet, MST3K is planning a fundraiser for MIGIZI.

MIGIZI is a Native American nonprofit organization whose main facility was heavily damaged during the fires that coincided with the George Floyd protests in Minneapolis. The MST3K fundraising committee’s goal is to help MIGIZI secure funds to begin rebuilding.

If the first fundraising goal of $10,000 is met, Joel, J Elvis, and Bill will reprise their original roles in the show as Joel Robinson, Tom Servo and Crow T. Robot  and riff a short film, with a doorway sequence, silhouettes and all!

If you donate, you’ll receive a password to be a part of the VIP premier of the short with riffs from Joel and Tom and Crow. Later, the short film will have a world-wide premiere here at MST3K.org â€" in an effort to raise awareness for MIGIZI and, of course, accept more donations. We will update you periodically on our progress here on the blog, so check back to see how things go.

We hope you’ll be able to help us out in getting this needed and valued Minneapolis organization back on its feet, and getting yourselves a little new MST3K at the same time!"

(On the donation site, it was further stated that if 20k is reached, a second episode will be made.)

unbeleefable indeed - reading the reviews for her Oracle card decks on Amazon, soooooooo many simpletons believe in this shit, and these are people with jobs and families. this woman is making a fortune I think. card decks sell for $22-26 -  nice artwork, decks probably cost her $5 and made in China like everything else.
I agree. Very good art. Expensive for a deck of cards. She is becoming filthy rich. This is a  random generator device onto which you project your perception.

For it to really work, you're going to need some peyote.

That does not come with the deck. If it did, I would throw down a twenty faster than you can say "Hey, this deck reminds me of a deck called STAR+GATE I saw in OMNI magazine in 1990."

I would venture a guess that MV checking this out on his large 4k screen surfing setup might enjoy the digital divination of Colette's oracle cards. (Listen to JUL 11 2020's The Spec Sheet.)

Your experience on a handheld device may differ.

The most significant card I pulled was HOME SWEET HOME.

The question I asked was non-bellgab related.

That Tarot â€" sorry, Oracle â€" lady was painful.

But I think we're going to be all right,
Yes, the worst is over now,
The morning sun is shining like a RED RUBBER BALL.
Oh, no! Colette Baron-Reid already stole your idea and is releasing THE RED RUBBER BALL ORACLE deck in 2021.
#232
It was quite painful. I had to disengage.

But The Big Book of Mars sounds worthy of checking out.

When the author accidentally said we had sent spacecraft to Mars in the 1960s, I understood. Simple alliterative switch between Moon and Mars.

But Noory didn't even notice. He's thinking too far ahead on his next dumb question to be paying enough attention to what the guest is saying.

And I'm godamned SICK of Noory asking "where can we get the book?" and "How did you get interested in X?"

The first person I'm calling on the SoulPhone is JFK and ask him if it is true that the motorcade route wasn't completely decided until much much  after Oswald had gained employment at the book barn.

Then I'm calling Lee Harvey.
#234
The SoulPhone.

(One recalls the problems encountered in P.K. Dick's UBIK.)

Nonetheless, the SoulPhone sounds more interesting than a Ouija board scored at an estate sale. I must admit.

haha i didn't know who John Fielder was but i looked him up on Wikipedia - and as soon as I saw The Bob Newhart Show I realized who he was and his voice and you're right there is a similarity.

I hear Sterling Holloway, the actor who did the voice of Winnie the Pooh and the voice over on the Puppy Chow tv commercials in the 70s.

Good observation. If we can get Thomas to ask George to consider having a guest named  "Christopher Robin," on for the show, minds will be blown around the world.
#237

When Thomas from La Jolla calls in, does anyone else picture actor John Fiedler?

I could listen to Myra with the accent all night. She often has a triple compound question and sometimes throws in a fourth, almost offhandedly, "and define the relationship of those three items to String Theory, and if you have all my questions I will listen off the air."

LOVE HER.

You can almost SEE the questions scaling over Noory's jackass head.

(I may have Jan & Myra switched. Not positive which one does the compound questions.)
