Tommy's got himself quite a bigger-is-beautiful catch -- complete with matching hat! lol

I suppose it's only a matter of time before jealous Snorge asks if she's got a friend for him. (Maybe with a matching 'stache.)

Just now catching up after taking a brief C2C-free hiatus.

Hmm. Snorge dumping a guest without explanation...Snorge doing a crappy job of interviewing...Joshua P. Warren scheduled for tonight to eat up time so Snorge won't have to take a full 4 hours of his greatest fear: open lines, where a hater might slip through or someone might actually ask him a question that requires serious thought and a cognizant response... Okay, so everything is staus quo, I didn't miss a thing.

Snorge sucks.

To me the weird sightings of the public at large (even the crackpots) are where the fun comes from.  ;D

Agreed!

Heres that video I made of Noory telling us his pizza roll story.
George Noory's Pizza Roll Story

Extremely well done!  ;D

Love the artwork, especially the little visual nuances that accompany his ridiculous exaggerations and flat-out lies explanation of what happened. If anyone bleefs his story, I have oceanfront property in Kansas to sell you.

The only part I might bleef is that when he returned to work he actually carried a flashlight with him to show people the burned roof of his mouth.  ::)

What a maroon.

Snorge sucks.

First Half: Futurist Ray Kurzweil joins George Knapp to present a provocative exploration of reverse engineering the human brain to understand precisely how it works, and using that knowledge to create intelligent machines.

2nd Half: Lon Strickler, paranormal researcher and creator of the website Phantoms and Monsters, speaks about his most recent research subjects including Bigfoot, an alien encounter in Connecticut, and a claim made by a miner in the Yukon Territory that he was infected by an ET life form.

I'm not too sure about the second half, but the first half of sounds promising.  ;D

If Knapp ever leaves C2C to go elsewhere (and I think that's possible in the not too distant future) I may stop listening to C2C altogether. As it is now, I pretty much only listen to hear Knapp and to laugh at Snorge's idiocy. Wells is nearly as brain-dead as Snorge and 10 times worse when it comes to crackpot, insulting conspiracy theories. Add to that his monotone, slow, and exaggerated deep voice and he's unbearable. Punnett is too annoying in general to bother with most times. So unless he has a truly interesting guest or topic, I won't even consider tuning in when he's on; even then I worry that he'll interrupt the guest or go off on tangents so much that it may not be worth the risk.

Add my name to the anti-Kardashians list. The mother is the one who annoys me the most, though Kim is a close second. I don't know the names of the rest but that's one big messed up family. Other than to satisfy initial curiosity -- which fades quickly -- , I have no idea why anyone would care about what the Kardashians do in their unreal world, let alone spend time watching them do it.

You may have stumbled onto the reason Snorge talks funny. Is it possible he's using Preparation H as lip balm? (Feel free to let your imagination run wild.)

I think it's important to ask: where was Tommy when the microwave was set for the pizza rolls?

My guess is he was busy running Snorge's bath water.

Let's stop making excuses for him. Snorge screws up words because he isn't very bright and has no apparent desire to improve any of his communication "skills". Period.

Both my parents were 1st generation Americans who grew up in homes that were non-English speaking. Both graduated high school but neither went to college. Yet they both had an infinitely better grasp of English than Snorge does.

Why Snorge chose to get into a career that depends largely on the ability to read, write and speak English well is beyond me. Why anyone chose to employ him -- or worse, continues to employ him -- is an even bigger mystery.

Totally agree; I've said the same thing. John Be Unwell is a dangerous nutcase who, using a thin veil of carefully chosen words, has repeatedly called for violent revolution.

And for me, at least, this isn't about Right vs Left politics. A dangerous nut is a dangerous nut no matter where he stands politically. There are wackos on the fringes of both sides who only need a small spark from a fellow nutball to ignite their personal rage. Wells continues to provide that spark. It's only a matter of time before he ignites the rage of a sympathizer who is mentally unbalanced enough to act on it.

I'm wondering if we should harness all of our magnificent hater/lowlife power and use it for good instead of evil (as defined by Snorge).

Nah. Never mind.

Oh, and I have to say I'm impressed with George's guerrilla techs: to get the site shut down for several hours? Wow. He must have gone out and hired a couple of guys who were ex-Chinese military intelligence.
Is that what happened? I thought CoastGab was down for maintenance.

sNooron announced he's taking the day off because it would have been his Dad's 90th birthday. Imagine how much that would cost the economy if everyone started taking days off to celebrate the theoretical birthdays of deceased relatives.
Oh, fer cryin' out loud. That has to be one of the most lame   lies   (Oops! Don't wanna get sued!) "excuses" Snorge has recently proffered for taking a Friday off. I'm not buying it. Would he take the day off if his deceased father's would-be 90th birthday fell on a Tuesday? I'm guessing no.

In any case, I'd listen to the show but I'm pretty sure it's my deceased favorite uncle's would-be 80-something birthday so I'm taking the night off. Well, that and because hearing John Be Unwell makes me want to vomit.

Snorge sucks.

Do I think we will be sued?  No.  Is Noory stupid enough to threaten if not out right try to sue?  Yes.
Forgive me if this has already been posted.  Back in 2007, the Nooron made similar threats against the Fantastic Forum:
From George Noory <george@coasttocoastam.com>
May 17, 2007 4:11 PM
subject: FF

Once again, your  forum is being used for hate and inaccuracy. The Sci-Fi show IS NOT a paid for informercial, but has been produced for Sci-Fi and will run at their expense.

Additionally, I have informed my attorney to immediately begin plans to sue various members for libel and to obtain from you either voluntarily or in court appropriate IP addresses, etc.

I take my career seriously and have NO problems with honest criticism and critique, but it's gotten out of hand.

I am asking you, as the administrator for the LAST TIME to clean this up, and will hold you personally responsible for such libelous attempts by your members to libel me and the show.

No way did Snorge write that. Maybe it was written by his daughter or whoever answers email for him. But Snorge's command of English isn't at the same level as that exhibited in the post. We know how he butchers words and grammar. There's no reason to think he writes any better than he speaks even when he has time to...er..."think". That post was written by someone who is more smarterer and prob'ly gooder edumacated than Snorge. And like the childish threat directed at CoastGab, it's meant to frighten and intimidate. But it's still just a threat. To my knowledge nothing more ever came of it.

Damn, CrabbyOld Bat.  Your hatred of Lady in Red is impressive.
Actually, I never cared one way or other about the song until it became clear it was a favorite of Snorge's and he beat it to death. Now I hate it.

QuoteI know what to play on the loud speaker should I ever need to subject you to sleep deprivation torture tactics.
Thank goodness you aren't threatening me with Snorge's rendition of Can't Help Falling In Love.

Suddenly, I realize that Pink wrote a recent song for George- TRY.
Where there is desire (for a pizza roll?), there is gonna be a flame.  Where there is a flame someone's bound to get burned.  But just because it burns doesn't mean you're gonna die.  You've gotta get up and try try try.

She continues asking George to move past the pain of his burn and just damn well try throughout the rest of the song.

Ah, yes! I love Pink and I love that song. Clearly she wrote it specifically for Snorge and his much exaggerated, never ending tale of pizza roll woe. Too bad he'll never hear it because his taste in music pretty much consists of UFO Phil, Lady in Red, various depressing songs from the 50s and a deceased Hawaiian singing a ukelele-backed version of Over the Rainbow. (Speaking of music, I suspect Snorge may have given entertainment advice to Milli Vanilli but I can't prove it.)

Onan is exactly correct.  To hell with it, the truth is finaly out there.  How dare you bastards pick on my poor son that way.  It isn't his fault I accidentally dropped him on his head two times when he was a baby.  My little boy works hard every night to entertain you scumbags and all you do is complain, complain, complain!  Do you think it is easy for him to keep track of all those 3 x 5 cards, let alone the names of all the guests he so perfectly interviews.  You people are pitiful and I'm sure your mothers are ashamed of you.

That does it. I take it all back. You and onan are both plants. And this time I mean the vegetation kind. Stinker-weeds.  :P

I happen to know Marc Knight... no not in the biblical sense. Well not in any sense, actually. But it gives me more credibility to say I know him... ok I don't know him, that is beside the point.

Mark doesn't work for premrat... he is noory's mom.

Oh, great! You're a big help!  ;)

Wait a sec. Things are getting a little mixed up and misunderstood here. Based on past posts where he's expressed his displeasure with Snorge, I don't believe Marc works for Snorge. I think he was just kidding when he said "yes" in response to the question "Do you work for George? Premier?"

I believe that might constitute harassment and maybe even fraud too (for using someone else's email). Seriously, DO NOT DO IT.

I couldn't resist sending one more email to Snorge. He really ticked me off last night when he compared his never-ending pizza roll saga to someone suffering from such unbearable pain that they'd consider suicide. (I hope he mentions our emails tonight or comments on his haters, but I doubt it.) Anyway, here's what I sent:

From: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Subject: What's wrong with you?

How in the name of God can you compare the minor burn from a single pizza roll to pain so unbearable that someone would commit suicide?

Have you lost your mind? Do you have any consideration for those who have lost a loved one to suicide?

You've been whining and crying about that ONE stupid little pizza roll for months. It's ridiculous already!

Look, we've all burned our mouths/tongues on hot food. We know how it feels. It burns and may peel off some skin from the roof of your mouth but it's still not THAT bad.

If you followed the directions correctly, ONE pizza roll -- which you said you spit out, not swallowed -- could not possibly have caused the pain and injury you claim. The filling in a pizza roll is MAYBE half a teaspoonful. How could that little sauce burn your tongue, uvula, throat and the roof of your mouth especially is it was only in your mouth for 5 seconds (as you claimed) before you spit it out?

GET OVER IT ALREADY.

God help us all if you ever suffer REAL pain. We'll never hear the end of it.

All emails can't be about the lawsuit or Snorge will get bored when Tommie reads them to him. So I thought maybe each day I'd send something like the following. Too mean-spirited or cruel? Your feedback would be appreciated.

"Dear Mr. Noreey,

May I ask who did your plastic surgery and hair transplants? They did such a wonderful job we were thinking about surprising great-great grandad with a makeover.

We were especially impressed because your eyes hardly droop at all now except for the stubborn right one, just a little. And your hair and mustache are so shiny they look like highly buffed tar-colored shoe polish. Very distinguished looking and almost believable, I swear!

Thanks for your help and keep up the wood gork.

Sincerely,

A. Haitour"
