I agree that the formatting and unique spelling lends credibility to those leaks (and the crytpo-stuff you posted earlier confirms it) but like even when you read the 9/11 Commission Report or see State or CIA (declassifed) stuff they often have unique spellings that differ than what news organizations might use (probably because Arabic, Jewish, and Persian names can be "translated" many different ways so consistency, rather than changing the names over time as news orgs do. Khaddafi etc.)
