Spoken as someone who clearly has been to old Mejico and learned their drill. The other thing you notice is the great variety of paving conventions in smaller towns. You can go, in the course of a single street, from lousy concrete, to dirt, then gravel, then some asphalt, then even paver bricks and back again. Because no project is ever fully funded, completed on time, or done in a linear fashion.

The other thing you notice is they don’t believe in organized refuse disposal. That’s not a MexicO thing, that’s just a MexiCAN, thing. Even here, their Saturday in the park bbq’s leave the places trashed. Pretty much everywhere they go is left looking like an overturned dumpster.

Clearly when it comes to waste disposal, it’s Mexicant.

You should just say "no hables." They are allowed, with almost impunity, to drive without insurance, licenses, vehicle inspection tags, unsecured loads, seatbelt violations, and drunk, often.

Just like the old country.

Or just rehashing of old ones? Over the years reading various books, especially in the world of business or politics, etc but also in novels (where I suspect in the "thriller" genre an AI might be just spitting them out and in "mysteries" that, supplanted with some small edits that old theories, ideas, and methods, are just re-marketed.)  We all know Hollywood just remakes stuff. And that might be ok, or even good, but I wonder if any new ideas, plots, thoughts, are happening? Will/does the internet actually HAMPER new ideas or thoughts? Does "sharing" too quickly inhibit independent thought? Does this hive-mind help innovation or make people drones? In the "old days" you had systems like calculus etc thought-about and made by people on their, relatively, own? Now? Most would go down the same path and, maybe, not figure it out? Or, as some say, the "collective" will benefit?

Same cycles in fashion and music also. Although the new music industry is all but gone.

Remember way back one of the first demokkkrat media nothingbburgers was the attack on the presidents physician and the prescriptions to the staff which were par for the course.  He lost his job over it. Let’s take a big fat wild guess that the demokkkrat media will forget to mention the alcoholic of the house’s beer tab.

Plastics also, and drugs but also the general sense of needing "safety" and the "virtual" world versus the real world. Gaming online or on video games instead of actual games and sports, both physical and even things like chess, cards, boards, etc. Not allowed to play but being shepherded into things and helicoptered over. Less gym and sports at schools due to budgets and even "legal concerns" about make-shift sports/games at recess. Weirdo movements about "no bullying" and "everyone is a winner."  And over-protection, though there are threats out there, so that kids can't even walk/bike to school, to friends houses, hang out in the park, etc.  And Hollyweird programming. And public schools with nefarious agendas.

And soy and it’s effects on estrogen levels. And the endless “ADD, ADHD, ADLGBQ” zombie drugs they’re putting every kid on by age 4 because the old iPad and movies isn’t keeping them distracted anymore. And every commercial for the last 30 years portraying men as too stupid to make a piece of toast after they’ve over slept til 9, while the woman is up at 5am, running the dog, climbing a 1000 foot cliff, leavning a gallon of sweat on the floor under their living room exercise bike before she’s off to instruct her dad on financial investments during their end of the day 10 mile run in which she leaves in him the dust tired and weak. Thank god for DVR and HULU.

Beautiful speech. Would be nice if demokkkrats come to the table and do something for the good of the country. We know they won’t. So, in the interest of getting things done to help the American people, end the shutdown on Thursday and start the national emergency path. Its going to take months to get through cherry picked leftwing courts before it gets to the Supreme Court. They’ll back the President and the country will be better off for it. Something this important should be heard by next summers session. Operation “wall in the fall” will be underway.

What a week. College champs. Mile high stacks of burgers. Pelosi left at the bustop with her thumb up her ass. And now after the entire demokkkrat media once again celebrated an unsubstantiated story for 12 hours on Friday, the Mueller witch hunt themselves had to correct them.

Also, I think they prefer the term Bleeding HEART Razors...

You should consider electric. No water or shaving cream to deal with. I shave in my car all the time being on the road for work.

https://www.knoxnews.com/story/news/local/2016/10/26/dragon-motorcycle-crash-survivor-shares-final-goodbye-videos/92744086/

From the comments.

QuoteAccording to the news article the man in the video, Kevin Diepenbrock, was riding his motorcycle in an area called 'the dragon' with his friend, Phillip Polito, when his friend suddenly hit the brakes, causing him to run into the back of his friend. The Dragon is an area of the main highway that runs along the Appalachian Mountains, it's famous for having 318 curves in just 11 miles. They both went off the road, over the side of the mountain down a 100 foot embankment, & his friend Phillip Polito was killed.  He suffered multiple broken ribs, two punctured lungs, & his spine was broken in two places. He didn't have a cell signal & was unable to call for help, as most of the area is without cell service. He tried using his cell-phone flash-light that night to alert passing cars that he had crashed, but no one saw him & he lay there for 30 hours. He was miraculously found when a woman on a motorcycle date pulled over on the road above where the man was laying & heard him calling for help. She & her date rode to the closest open establishment, a photo shop, where the owner, who is also a motorcycle rider familiar with the area was able to get close enough to the edge to see Diepenbrock & tell him that he had been found & help was on the way. He was airlifted to the University of Tn. Medical Center where he will stay for approx. 2 weeks until his release home to Pa. where he will begin Phys. Therapy. He is expected to make a full recovery.

That looks like my latest. Although I went el cheapo and don’t have a fancy battery meter. Just 1 light. Haha. The ones that are like $350 and have internet access and “AI” are the crack up. Who would spend $350 on a razor. Insane.

Surprised no ones made a smartphone attachment that will shave your face.

Use electric. I Have for 30 years. Saves a ton of time. I find the rotary work better than foil. They last 2-3 years. If you want a bunch of gimmicks spend a few hundred. Otherwise just get a $40 rechargeable, and cycle recharage the batteries properly. You can even replace the blades, but I never have.

It would be interesting to add up all the different listeners to the podcasts that make up the threads that saturate the gabs and find out how many there actually are. Each site claims to have a few hundred online on average. 1/10th of those are actually active posters. Let’s be generous and say half those online actually listen to these irrelevent podcasts. On a good day, 100 listeners? With 5 people discussing them. And the discussions are 99.9% about these nobody podcasters soap opera lives.

Maybe someone could start a “days of our lives” or “young and the restless” thread for the losers of the gabs to discuss.
