The media in other countries are actually serious people,  journalists, to the extent the various governments allow them to be.  Even the media in Russia is patriotic and is in favor of moving the country forward, unlike our Corrupt Media.

How ironic it's Pravda stepping up to tell the truth about Obama, his plans, and the people that voted for him.  They should know a Marxist and an easily led, propagandized electorate when they see one.

Even the Communist Parties in places like China, Vietnam, and Cambodia are trying to move their countries forward - soially and economically, while the West slowly spirals downward, led by people that are more interested in ideology - no matter how demonstrably a failure it is - than social harmony and prosperity.

Pragmier

This version of Pravda is not the one long associated with the communist state - which was shut down after the fall of Soviet Russia. It's more of a sensationalist tabloid.

The articles are all over the spectrum:

"The Ku Klux Klan once again controls Indiana"

[Republican Governor] Daniels, aided by his corrupt compatriots House Speaker Brian Bosma and Senate President Pro-Tem David Long, also "fast-tracked" a deceptively named "right-to-work" law through the Indiana legislature.  This law diminishes the financial resources of labor unions, yet forces them to represent workers in union shops who refuse to pay union dues.  Not surprisingly, Daniels, hypocrite that he is, did not let his worship of privatization deter him from personally continuing to profit from taxpayer dollars, because, when he steps down as governor, he will become president of the publicly funded Purdue University.

"Mitt Romney, the man who defeated himself"

His [Romney] stated prime objective was to get rid of what he calls, "Obamacare," replacing it with a big nothing and diverting the funds for social safety net programs into the already inflated, gigantic, bloated, gluttonous military budget, which is the largest in the world. His efforts to blame the national debt on Obama were ridiculous and laughable.  Only a moron would believe that nonsense.  Obama inherited a crisis, a disaster, a country deep in recession, never having seen anything worse than since than the depression of 1929.  That is something not overcome in only 4 years.

"Puppet state America"

How is a country a superpower when it lacks the power to determine its own foreign policy in the Middle East? Such a country is not a superpower. It is a puppet state. In the past few days we have witnessed, yet again, the "American superpower" groveling at Netanyahu's feet.

"Putin the Peacekeeper"

Under Bush and Obama, the US are now the Imperialist warmongers and Russia the peacemakers ... In the case of Iran, Obama and Netanyahu are basically nothing more than a pair of schoolyard big mouths, hurling idle threats. It's almost comical watching these two class clowns double-dog daring each other into challenging Putin, with such ridiculous antics as waving graphics of cartoon bombs.

Plus the usual conspiracy theories.

It sometimes sounds like the Weekly World News of Moscow. I can't argue with some of the points made in this piece, though. We have socialist policies and an uninformed populace. That said, the new Pravda does have a lot of woo-woo stories, and I'd rather hear Noory read *them* instead of old stories from the Drudge Report.

Funny how today's Pravda sounds like its editors yearn for a return to the days of the mighty Soviet Union, when the world trembled at every Soviet hiccup. Just a coincidence that the stories seem to mirror the attitudes of Vlad The Impaler Putin. You remember him - nice Vlad Putin, the guy who really, really, really isn't the reincarnation of Josef Stalin. Unnh unnnh, no way, no how. Yeah, that Vladimir Putin. The I've-Really-Never-Been-The-Sole-Strong-Man-In-Russia-Seriously-We-Have-A-Constitution-Which-Prohibits-That-No-Kidding-I-Haven't-Been-A-Virtual-Dictator-And-Everyone-Else-Just-A-Figurehead-Truly-I-Don't-Lust-After-Being-The-Second-Josef-Stalin-I-Wouldn't-Lie-To-You-Stop-It-Or-I'll-Send-You-To-Lubyanka-Ah-Finally-Isn't-That-Much-Nicer?-Vladimir Putin.

It's just a coincidence the positions of правда fit Putin so well. What a sweetheart of a guy.

Or the 'transmit to Vladimir' Putin who President Obama referred to when he told Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev that he would have 'more flexibility' after his re-election.

If ever a bully was told, "Do whatever the fuck you like because I won't lift a finger to stop you", this was it.

The joke writes itself. I'll say no more.
