I agree. We don't know, other than through a confirmation or denial from Art. The contents of the post seem to be more concerned with letting us know about his or her retention than Art's situation. Additionally, a lawyer should be generally unconcerned with what anyone has to "suggest" as a course of action. Yes, a little fishy.
This has a particularly fishy odor:
"Those of you who have ideas on how to proceed with the ground troops, i.e. BellGab itself, should feel free to send me a personal message with your ideas. Videos, posting at certain sensitive websites, and other such actions, are all encouraged if done in a legal manner."

Someone comes into the site essentially trying to silence the Internet, and he posts Jay and Silent Bob. How could you not love that beautiful protest?!

Given Art's message on BellGab and his Facebook the other day it baffles me as to why Keith would pick up this blog article about the beginnings of the #FreeArtBell campaign. Doesn't that send a mixed message? Or is the story a plant to take the focus away from the actual genesis of the campaign?
Maybe I'm reading way too much into it. I do love a good conspiracy. There are no coincidences. Or so a moron once told me.

Of course he would, and of course it will.
He has lawyered up, and if you have ever sued someone the first thing your lawyer will tell you is to shit up, that includes saber and cage rattling.
If we know he has lawyered up, so does SiriusXM. Talks may not have started but they have most likely been put on notice.
We have made our point, everyone at SiriusXM have has heard it loud and clear. It's now in the lawyers hands. Let them do their job.

I think he needs to actually do that registration thing with his Twitter account so he gets the "officially verified" icon on it... he can post links to his announcements from that and there won't be much cause for arguing against them.

It's been suggested that it may be on the advice of his attorney. Don't know for sure, though. It could be part of the STRATEGY.

Very valid points. Some of us may be campaigning for something that Art may not want. I love Art, but he's on the fence regarding just about everything. "Free Art" is a lot of fun but it may not be rooted in reality as Art may not care about the NC clause.

I think it is despicable of Mongoose to post this trash, and re-raise an ugly issue that was litigated in Art's favor, for such transparent and trollish reasons.

Too late, the damage is done. Thank you.

George is a very good stringer .

if george has an ulterior motive around here, and that's IF he does (which, frankly, i doubt), then it would be to destroy the forum. unlike the fantastic forum, we're not going going to start purging certain posts for the purpose of getting shout outs on a radio show. thus, if anyone has concerns in this regard, forget it. have some dip.
