Yeah, but now the Dad's on the radar even though the teacher didn't press charges.  If the authorities, who are arrested teachers merely for putting a hand on a kid in passing, didn't think enough to charge why did the parents resort to violence?  And if the teacher's really a prev, the Dad's actions are going to hamper his eventual prosecution, not help it.
Last, of all the rights we are worried about losing, how about the premise of "innocent until proven guilty?"

You guys really need to start to lighten up a little and try to see that while, yes, socialism has, indeed, caused a decline in the general character of our society (anyone that has been alive for longer than 10-years should be able to comprehend that - look at any black inner-city community in America and tell me what you see?
