Well we haggled over the terms for a Month! Now that that is done I thought they would just take the agreed apon terms and convert it into a Contract, but I am willing to bet that the Comtract comes back with God knows what in it. I hope I am wrong but usually Iam right.

I feel like that lady in the back of the car doing 35 MPH who simply says hey Iam 85 Years old, let's go.

Thank you, I hope we get the Contract and all is well, my concern is only that each step has taken so long. It's true I am not patient, this is a project that I want to get on with, there is so much to do.

I have no reason now to think there is a problem, it is just sooo slow.

Ok, I am here but at the moment with some concerning news, I can not go into details but it boils down to this, this process is taking to darn long. We spent a Month going back and forth in the proposal stage, each side laying out what they wanted and what needed to be changed. It was a bit frustrating that it took so long but we got it done. It is now with their Lawyers to come up with a final contract based on what both sides agreed to. I have a concern that when we receive the final document ( promised by the end of this Week) that it will have lots of new stuff in it that will not work for us. If I sound negative it's only because the terms took a Month and I am not a patient person. I truly hope it works out but if not, that's life. You can be sure nobody will be more disapointed then me. The current rub is it is taking to long, I have a lot of work to do and can't even start until this gets signed which now looks like a longer process then it should be.

When all this started I told you the three must have things and that has not changed. Cross your fingers and knock on some handy wood.

Wow, my message went poof and I got logged out. What I said was I know a bit about this because Producer Paul owned the biggest ISP in Pahrump and one day some guy got into a spat on some Board with a Chinese guy, he said some unfriendly things about China and days of severe DOS attacks followed that took the whole town down and forced him to ban a whole range of IPs involved. This up and down stuff sure seems like a attack, but who knows.

Now suddenly it is better for the moment, that is what a DOS attack looks like. Usually if it is a server problem it stays slow till fixed. However anything is possible on the Internet. Our provider here has had attacks from China just because somebody got into a fight on a board and said something that provoked them.

MV, is the site under a ping attack? It sure is acting that way. You might have your provider take a look at where the hit are coming from. I say this because it seems to come and go a bit.

I always liked what Phil did of me. Never had a problem with it at all. It's all just part of the business and if you don't develop a thick skin you bleed a lot. Also, it is much worse to be ignored. What he did was truly funny stuff, if Phil has fallen into the Political pit I am sorry to hear it, I always figured why send half of your possible listener base away angry. I also have the advantage of truly being bored with Politics, so it's easy.

I have noticed the same glitches over the past few days, order a new page and it just sort of sits, I think it is somewhat better now. It was tough while going through all the music. I think I have found a new open theme! I will not disclose it here or I would be hearing it on you know where tonite.

If we go with SIP lines instead of POTS we will get much better quality, so we will.

The new Internet service should be in next Week, and the (better be) contract by this's Weeks end. Then I get to spend a lot of money, but I want it to sound Better then good.

Well I have been working all day on the music, God, what a job first I had to look everything up and delete everything pre 72. Then I had to go and listen to everybody's ideas and find what I liked (thank you all) then begin to organize what I have. I am tired and that's it for today. I am still minus a open theme and a few more good ones.

Ok so Ross has already said he would be proud to do it, so no problem there. This is really exciting stuff. I will be posting pictures as we build the Studio, so I will try and keep you all in the loop.
