If you haven't listened to the Count Cosel show yet, everyone should listen. A really entertaining show.

That was a really good show. I've seen that story before, probably on one of those old Discovery / TLC shows about oddities and the macabre they used to run. But had never heard the full version of the story.

The one thing about Darkeness radio that irks me is the pearl clutching "kids these days" routine Dave will go into occasionally. Dude has a serous case of juvenoia.

What about your time machine?

I doesn't work.

What year did you set it for?

18-something. It doesn't matter, it doesn't work.

Within the mire, from whence Night Train crawled, 'cuck' and 'faggot' are considered to be literary masterworks of verbal denunciation.

Methinks being called a cuck hits a bit close to home for some people here.

What if Art comes back one to two times a week?

I'd join right back up. I finally bailed this week. I just had no interest in listening at all.

As of right now I can listen to Dave Schrader, via a much superior purpose built audio streaming app, for free. It's really not a hard choice to make.

Part of me says no news, but you gotta leave it in. If you hear it years later it's kind of neat to remember what was going on it the world. I love hearing old news segments from classic shows.

You really think anyone will ever wax nostalgic over shit tier MUFON reports?

I'll eat my hat if this show is still on in a month. Y'all are living in a fantasy world at this point.

I've been checking their page, doing page searches for Bellgab mentions. They spend a helluva' lot of time on us. In my limited experience here, they're rarely mentioned. Are they always like that, or is it just the circumstances today?

They're ding-dang-darned-diddly pissed Heather's taking lotsa' calls from Bellgabbers.

Yeah, because it's weak shit.

So, this guy is saying the US Constitution is no longer in effect.

I'll say politics has changed. :o

Yeah, that's pretty huge. Also, I'd assume there would be more than 51 states by then.

Heather's got my 5 bux for the next couple of months, I hope she comes into her own.

I might stick around for awhile as well.

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is just a compilation of three previously written short stories from years ago. He didn't take time away from The Winds of Winter to write it.

MST3K was the first show that I ever saw on cable TV. I was in kindergarten and took the day off school to see it get hooked up. I've been a fan ever since.

So yes, I made a donation.

Has Art walked back his "Western propaganda" line about the Russian plane bombing yet? / Will he offer a retraction?

Michael Stevens from the VSauce channel on YouTube. A lot of their videos hit on quite a few Art Bell esque topics. Psychology, biology, physics, philosophy, etc.

The "Spiricom" fraud show from 2009 where it was revealed that the spiricom tapes were recorded by a schizophrenic man who lived in a half burned down house out in the woods in Florida. Either the guy was in on the fraud, or he was just living out his own mental illness talking to himself. Which is actually way scarier than ghost voices could ever be.

The guest had photos of the house the guy was living in, which are unfortunately not on the web anymore. His recording studio the walls were charred and blackened wood, there were no windows in the house. Just real freaky shit.

I completely agree with you here. First off he doesn't deserve to be called Dr. or professor he has lost that honorary in my book. Also Art does seem to almost always agree with the guest, especially if they have what I would call "diagnosable" conspiracy theories, CT so bad and crazy that they person could be diagnosed based upon the theory which they believe in.

It's almost pathetic, these people should be challenged and their ideas and theories smacked with the old logic stick. Instead Art just blindly goes along with it. Along with that he is constantly saying that NASA is 50% the way there in confirming that that star is surrounded by "megastructures" WRONG as Art said himself they are 50% of the way done confirming the data, checking it for errors etc. instead like most things now Art has an agenda and will push it even if it is totally false.

3rd'ed. I really don't like the show when he goes full true believer. It would happen in the shows from the '90s as well. I want to say the first time "Buggs" told the bigfoot murder story is a good example. He had people call in to give their opinions on the story, which led to the most underrated caller of all time:
"Is it raining down there in Pahrump?"
"No, I don't think..."
"Man, because you are awfully wet over this story"

And right now Art is awfully wet over the hubrid story.

I'm not quite at the halfway point of the archive. Things better pick up because as of now I'm convinced that this case is nothing more than a confluence of hysteria, superstition and bad behavior.

Yeah, I bailed on this one as well, right about when he said he exorcised the guy over the phone.

Also, the kid walking up the wall isn't all that spectacular. I remember seeing something a while back where they showed that by supporting a child's back with a hand it was easy to repeat the same stunt.

And how "oh he died the day after testifying against me in court" but it was due to some other business associates, nobody liked him in the neighborhood (because he was an arsonist and undercut competition in the liquor market.)

I believed him on that. I mean, why would you whack someone after they testified. You have to take care of them before they testify.
