When a person reaches the age of 65 in the USA they are covered by our Marxist ("From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs") Medicare/Medicaid manatory health care system. There is no private insurance after age 65.

If a person has earned income after age 65, based on their income they can pay up to $6,000.00 per year for the mandatory Medicare and Medicaid insurance.

On average 90% of a person's life time medical costs are spent in the last 6 months of their life. Since George is over 65 years old and doesn't have any earned income, from a cost perspective it doesn't matter how long he lives.

the FAT SLOB abuses the system DEMANDING SERVICES for numerous imaginary “emergencies”...
ambulance “rides” because he doesn’t want to take the bus
imaginary heart attacks...GASTRIC PROBLEMS (no surprise here)
post surgical blindness...(because he does NOT read (or is unable) instructions geared to an 8th grader
fatal asthmatic attacks (I would have “one of those” if I were to take a breath in Casa Senda)
multiple visits to dental institutions because he has never understood how to use a toothbrush (or snaggletoothbrush)
ambulance rides, ER appointments, multiple specialists and antibiotics due to a massive almost fatal sinus infection (AKA seasonal sniffles or mild allergies)
and on and on...

THIS DIVERTS FUNDS AND RESOURCES FROM THOSE TRULY IN NEED !

the medical establishment faces this situation on a daily basis...

my hope is someday they pull out all stops and euthanize people like Falkie and encourage those who are deserving, BUT are reluctant to seek the help they ACTUALLY NEED AND DESERVE
