does ASCAP keep/make available per/program data?
The network reports plays to both ASCAP and BMI of their licensed songs.  ASCAP and BMI keep the information, at least insofar as keeping a running total for each writer.   I've never heard of them keeping the data by show.

Cheap Channel should keep the data, but I've never heard of them releasing it.

Pure speculation from one Facebook post from Art, but well, he COULD have a new show.  He alsways had great music, what new music should he use?

I propose Massive Attack.

Massive Attack - Paradise Circus

Noory and PremRat stole all of Art's intro, closing, and bumper music already...

Wells plays massive attack and maybe that exact same song.

I would need to be able to listen to Wells to know, since he is unlistenable tripe, well, how would I know? Thanks.

I doubt this would make the cut, but the first minute or so could make a good intro for a c2c am type show  ;D

Just to screw with Noory, he could use another Giorgio Moroder piece  ;D

Night Drive.

Giorgio Moroder - Night Drive (American Gigolo Soundtrack - 1980)

Utopia is a bit more like "The Chase."

Giorgio Moroder - Utopia

It is interesting... when I listen to this I at the same time think of the genius of Art, and his acute absence from the airwaves.  Something like a tribute and a musical dirge at the same time.  It is not about his death, but the cavernous hole the removal of his power has left us with.

In 1983 while wandering through Samuel Weiser Books (R.I.P.) in NYC looking for something cosmic to read, I chanced upon Ray's first album, The Sky of Mind, on cassette, since the bookstore sold New Age music as well. It became part of the soundtrack to my life. They later reissued it on CD with the tracks in a different order, but for me the original order was a perfect meditation. I remember very well when Deep Breakfast came out, that was a real treat for me, too, though it was much more pop and up-tempo than the first release. Ray Lynch was a devotee of a somewhat popular guru of the time named Adi Da Samraj, and I believe mentions him in the liner notes. Thanks to the OP for reminding me of my love of Ray's music.

              How about this?

Here is a random collection I have of Art Bell's bumper music.  It's not 100% complete but has many rare and well-known songs.
I excluded Moody Blues to lower the file size plus I'm totally sick of them lol.  ;D

Just listening to the stream and have been reminded for Nth time how much of a witty genius Art could be with his choices of bumper music.  Talking with his guest about abductions by greys, and how they are related to reproduction, and how many abductees relate some sort of sexual aspect to the seduction.  Going to break: Silly Love Songs. Coming back from break: Betty Davis Eyes.

Fucking. Classic. Hilarity.

It's a very familiar song.  I thought it was Sarah McLachlan but with an hour of searching I still can't find it.  I'm sorry, but hopefully I'll figure it out.

I bought her double-album Live in Paris & Toronto because Art played this song. Glad I did too. Loreena McKennitt has some wonderful music.

"From the Sun to the World" ELO

This 1973 piece could work for Art - but it is over 7 min long. Back then they were the Electric Light Orchestra; complete with strings and classically trained musicians.  The song is dated in a good way.
I hadn't heard it in years so was good to tickle those old memories.  Something anyone who ever liked Jeff Lynne should hear.

I'm sorry to say that if intrigued, you will have to look it up on YouTube yourself because it wouldn't imbed here.
