Giving the track record  for what Mr.BHO wants and his past achievements I have to assume that 'Net Neutrality' is another brown paper bag with a dog turd inside. Soon to be lit on fire on the front porch of America.

It's interesting how all the talking heads on both sides are ignoring the white elephant in the room (or lack of an elephant as the case may be). All this amnesty boils down to is an attempt to make the presidency permanently Democratic. They're importing voters with the intent of seizing permanent power.

When you frame it in those terms, it becomes an organized and illegal act of sedition on the part of the Democratic Party.

Same reason they mandated Obamacare. More Democrat control. Democrat politicians aren't out for the country, they're out for themselves. They don't fight to provide healthcare for those who need it, they fight against Republicans. They don't fight against crappy schools, they fight against Republicans. They don't fight against an endless recession, they fight against Republicans. They don't fight foreign terrorists, they fight against Republicans. Just look how ignorant Vta is...he can't make one point why amnesty will help the US. Only hopes it'll piss off who else? Republicans.

This is why the left endlessly falls behind and preys on the weak and ignorant. When people get out from under their grasp they always leave the party of losers. It's sad, the US is a great country but unfortunately the part of the country that controls education and media fights for its downfall.

Democrats live the philosophy, everyone should be equal, equally miserable, and they're extremely successful at making it happen.

That theory is floating around out there. Though I wonder if Obama's handlers promote the more extreme/bizarre claims and conspiracy theories about Barack/Michelle to take attention away from the actual  facts about his beliefs, agenda, and background.

No question. Have you heard the conspiracy where his handlers/media said Obama was going to claim he could give free healthcare to all and in the process it would lower costs, increase coverage, and improve the system. It was hysterical! Where do they come up with this wacky nonsense. like anyone would be a big enough buffoon to think the American people would fall for such a far fetched idea.

Even funnier was they claimed that the so-called "Obamacare" would be so long (2000 pages or some wackjob theory) none of the representatives would even read on it before voting on it. As if that could ever happen.

Its a shame the American public is so blinded by race they can't see the reality of this great leader and the amazing things he's accomplishing. Instead they fall for far fetched conspiracy theories that no one in their right mind would promote.

Obama's authority to define or redefine immigration policy and enforcement is set by law...Congress can change the applicable laws any time they want.

You really should go back to school and learn your civics 101.

over use of lazy cheap cgi...check
lack of creative writing...check
give a super hero a "sensitive" and "dark" side...check

and now you have every super hero comic book movie since 2000

Bush effectilvely invaded Iraq the same way.  The audacity to conduct war not out of the budget but out of 'discretionary spending' or whatever they called it.  Which isn't to say I support Obama's policy.  Just wonder where was the outrage when it was actually merited.

You left out 18 months it took Bush to get us into Iraq after 911. Almost 20 UN resolutions being ignored for a decade. A history of terrorism and possession of WMD's by Saddam Hussein. A booming economy for 6 of his 8 years despite 911. But yeah besides all that, Bush was exactly like Obama.   :o

I don't see a wannabe dictator

I see a petulant child that enjoys the emotional highs of campaigning, the power of having your ass kissed, but dreads the actual functions of holding the job and office.

It's like Bill Clinton with PMS but without any of the tact or ability to at least deal politically, much less actually lead the nation.

The empty chair analogy notoriously used by Clint Eastwood is aptly correct.

This is the problem when you elect people who've aspired to be politicians and president their whole lives. Its why until we have a governemnt thats made up of real middle class working people nothing will change. The representatives who have the connections and money to win office are totally out of touch with the real world. Obama is an inexperienced child who went to college and was appointed to office. A few years later the media decided they wanted a black man to be president so he won. No surprise at how worthless his presidency has been. We all get to enjoy the 10 year recession thanks to him and the media.

I like Tyson but the new Cosmos blew.

Science is not truth. Reality is truth and the scientific method helps find the truth. Scientists can be as corrupt and dogmatic as anyone.

I'm a huge fan of the original Cosmos series. It was so well produced and written. Literally inspired millions to pursue the sciences. Was very excited when I heard they were making a new one. Sadly it was a huge disappointment. Weak production and writing, cartoons, and a very predictable political agenda over science agenda.

If you want to learn about the history of science and it's modern theories on the universe, Cosmos with Carl Sagan is an excellent place to start. Its beautiful and inspiring.

The greatest thing about the cd cover is how they missed the error in Catherine AustiN Fitts name

They also listed Noory as a national radio host. They forgot to mention TV show host and philanthropist.

The Holidays standards like "Blue Christmas" which has been performed by Frank, Bing, Ella, Perry, and Elvis. And now you can share this timeless classic with you and yours courtesy of UFO Phil.

Over the years you've shared the timeless classics with your children and family. Now you can make UFO Phil part of your family too.

This is such a great illustration of whats wrong with corporations. These idiots who had zero to do with Art Bell's Coast to Coast AM which was massively successful take it over, and proceed to run it into the ground. The listeners leave. They have no idea what made it great. So now they make it into what they know, mainstream radio. Yawn.

This happens with everything these days. A bunch of lemmings running around working for nothing doing all the work so some a holes who fell into a positions on the corporate board of directors can make 6 7 8 figures. People who are totally out of touch with reality, the customer, the product, then call the shots and come up with stupid idea after stupid idea to try to justify their existence. In the end the company and product go down the crapper.

Now we have a world where the only place you can get anything is Amazon or Walmart. And we wonder why everything looks feels and tastes the same.

Props to Kenya for making the truth known. Can't be easy throwing Obama under the bus beings he's the most powerful Kenyan since Richard Dawkins. Dont expect Obama to visit his homeland anytime soon no matter how many fundraisers they have.

I liked Sideways, but was disturbed by the moral bankruptcy of some of the characters.

I love that movie. Think it's friggen hilarious! The moral bankruptcy is so realistic its one of the most real films ever made. If you ever want to laugh watch the commentary from Paul Giamatti and Thomas Haden Church. So hilarious the guys just bag on themselves the whole time. Really funny!

Gravity - I can't think of a film that generates more love/hate. The imdb boards on it are hillarious. Personally I liked it. The cinematography is groundbreaking. An extremely unique sountrack and editing style. Anytime a production team invents a new technique, style, it has to be applauded. Gravity is one of those movies that will change how everything is done. If you get a chance, watch the documentary on how it was shot, it's mindblowing.

meet the new boss.  same as the old boss.

been here before.  yawn.

Sad but true. A media which has a huge impact on the overall mood of the country, perception of the economy, and foreign policy strength. When the leftwingers they side with take office, their polices undermine foreign policy and economic prosperity, but the media creates a perception that everything is grand. Ie "recovery, recovery, recovery" the day Obama took office. Or you get the rightwingers in power who's policies are less damaging to the economy and foreign policy, but are completely undermined by the media. Ie "recession recession recession" the day Bush took office. In the end reality combines with media created perception and both parties appear to have the same impact.

The country is stuck in this tug-o-war with no real leaders to get us out of the mess. Just a bunch of professional politicians who's life long ambition was to have political power. All raking in billions.  By the end of Obama's 8 years, we will have been mired in 10 years of recession/depression. The ball is on a tee waiting to be hit out of the park. It's going to take a Reaganesque type leader who can crush the media with a combination of charisma and substantive policies. Unfortunately Dem's lack the policy, and Rep's lack the media created charisma.

Yahoo's front page is the worst. I blocked it years ago. It's a cross between MSNBC & TMZ.

I sincerely hope Hillary gets the nom nom nom. She's never had to answer for Banghazi. And it'll put her and Bills cluelessness front an center when it comes to economic policy. The fact they just happened to be in the White House during the Internet boom is nice, but they had zero to do with the economic policies that helpled generate the strong economy that went from 92-2000. The market tanked 9mo before Bill left office. And his ignore everythjng foreign policy is directly responsible for 911. He and the mainstream media have done a great job rewriting history. Billary hasn't a clue how to handle the mess our country is currently in.

Obama's presidency is done. Hopefully this will also be the beginning of the end of government mandated health insurance which will actually help business start highering people for real jobs. And then our noble saviors in DC can work on getting government out of the way of the private sector to help end current 8 year recession. By the the time Obama is out of office it will be a decade of recession/depression, 8 of which can be directly attributed to Obama's biggest policy, Obamacare.

It sure would be nice to get this country back to the days of prosperity for more than a few percent

And, I think, in many cases some seek out those positions precisely for that reason.

Reminds of hearing about both Clinton and Gore talking about meeting JFK at age 16 and knowing at that moment they knew they wanted to be president. Also seemed so odd. A 16yo in the early 60s should be thinking about women and cars. What kind of a narcissist wants to be president of the U.S. at 16? Well now we know.
