I believe in a lot of this stuff but I have to tell you, I think this is fake.  If it was real, the photographer wouldn't be zooming in or getting closer.  They would be hauling ass.  Plus rarely do those things ever stand still.  I'd also have to sort of agree with miku.  It looks like a girl with a burka.
