I bring you back to this.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Original intent is very important when it comes to this clause.  The FF (no not the Fantastic Four) believed everybody should be able to worship as they desired.  If they wanted to worship Odin, Apollo, Diana, Freddie Mercury or Jehovah, they should have that freedom.  I'm not bitching at you personally.  I'm just interested in this discussion and I'm even more interested in how a strict constructionist judge would distinguish between a cult and a religion.

No offense take bro, this is a valid examination of what religion "is"...

I agree - anyone who claims a religion gets the same treatment Constitutionally speaking.

The private corporation known as the IRS can tend their own plot...

We stand.
We fight.
TOGETHER.
Organized riots being planned.
Counter measures in place.
Resistance far smaller than portrayed by MSM.
Attacks will intensify.
You, collectively, are a massive threat.
Censorship applied to scale down impact/reach.
It’s failing.
Trust yourself.
Public awakening.

A core tenet of my religion is that all taxation is theft. Have fun worming out of that one.

Bill Cooper did some fascinating programs on "de-taxing" yourself and the "sovereign individual".

But we saw where that got him... :(

I was listening on WWCR a few nights before the hit on Bill went down.

He was describing how there were "operatives" traversing his property and using fake owl calls to communicate.

2 nights later - well...the rest of the story:

No doubt he gets his fake news here:

http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/history-mandates-presidential-candidates

No law requires presidential candidates to release their tax returns, but history does. President Obama’s re-election campaign is pressuring their Republican challenger Mitt Romney ...

(same as it ever was)

...PolitiFact found only seven presidential or vice president candidates since 1976 have refused to release any tax returns.

And we all know that anything that happened before 1976 is irrelevant, right????

https://www.efile.com/1040-federal-income-tax-forms-for-every-tax-year-and-tax-return-history/

Presidents of the United States make their tax returns a matter of public record. However, the practice of releasing returns as president or when running for office didn't become commonplace until the late 1960's. In the run-up to the 1968 presidential election, George Romney (the governor of Michigan at the time) released 12 years of his returns from 1955-1966 after being pressed by reporters. This set the precedent for presidential candidates to release their tax returns. Every president from Richard Nixon onward has made their tax returns public. The only exception was Gerald Ford, who kept his tax returns private.

Of course the leftards always set a precedent when it's a Republican running... >:(

Uh huh!

Bernie Sanders never released his.

Bernie Sanders never released his.

And the past two years he's made(reportedly) over a million dollars and bought himself a real nice home by a lake...

https://heavy.com/news/2016/08/bernie-sanders-new-house-photos-pictures-lake-home-jane-net-worth-price-north-hero-vermont-purchased/

The new home â€" his third â€" is located on an island in Lake Champlain, said The Washington Post, and it cost three times the average home price in Vermont. The Post says Sanders and his family intend to use the property as a vacation home.

His wife is being investigated for financial fraud for lying about pledges to an endowment for a private university she was running.  She was applying for a loan and kind fudged some numbers about pledges from alumni.

Prolonged exposure to MSM disqualifies anyone who watches it, from being a normie. ::) ;D

The US Constitution is clear on which powers are granted to each branch of government.  The Court is to determine the Constitutionality of laws, and actions taken by the Congress and by the president when they don't agree.

The Court was never meant to be the final authority, to decide what ''the right thing to do'' is in their collective opinion on various social and legal issues.  Regarding social issues, the 9th and 10th Amendments state there are additional Rights not listed in the first Eight Amendments, and that it's up to the various state legislatures to determine what those are for their citizens.

The president is in charge of national security.  That is his main job.  He is the one who gets daily briefings from the experts to review and decide on any action to take.  The various judges aren't privy to those briefings, and thus aren't competent or entitled to rule on security issues, period.

The Court has no role in finding new rights.  It has no role in national security.  It has no role in powers delegated to the Congress, and no role in powers delegated to the president.

And yet when someone files suit regarding these areas, the Courts take it upon themselves to rule on them, instead of the correct thing - which is to decline the case.  Somehow the Court has usurped power it was never meant to have for itself, and in doing so has taken it from the citizens as individuals - who exercise our power by electing representatives beholden to us to enact and enforce those laws.

We've become subjected to unelected lawyers, who have lifetime appointments.  It's a shame that the Congressional Republicans are cowardly and incompetent, and are sitting on their hands during a period when the people of this country have given them control of all three branches - with orders to fix the things that are off track in this country, including an out of control judiciary.  It's why Trump's ratings are so high, despite the filth invented by the Ds and Media - the people of this country understand he's trying, even if no one else in DC is.

Look at the excuses the four phony judges on the Supreme Court used for their votes today:

''The ban discriminates against Muslims'', and  ''ignores the facts, misconstrues legal precedent, and turns a blind eye to the pain and suffering the Proclamation inflicts upon countless families and individuals, many of whom are United States citizens.”

None of that violates the law, which is supposed to be their only guide.  Most if not all of it is either a flat out lie on behalf of their Party (''Party First!''), grossly distorted, or - and I'm straining to give them a benefit of the doubt they don't deserve here - their opinion.

There are always losers in any court decision.  Yes, certain people will now be subject to a more thorough vetting - which is appropriate - and will thus have to wait longer to come.  Others won't be able to be cleared - either because their home countries don't keep adequate records, or because those countries don't fully cooperate with US immigration agencies - and they won't be able to come at all.  Certain officials in North Korea and Venezuela and their families will be prevented from coming here period.

No one is entitled to come here.  Americans and our needs and safety come first.  This is our country.  To bad if the dumb Ds don't understand that.

Kidnostad3

This is a huge story that's not getting the attention it deserves.  Thru a trusted intermediary Assange  offered to cooperate with the U.S. Government in mitigating the damage done by NSA's hacking tools being sold to bad guys and to identify the source of Hillary's email files.  Either Comey summarily rejected the deal or Mark Warner who agreed to act as the point of contact never passed the proffer on to his fellow Senate investigators or Comey.  Foul play suspected.
